  Very happy with my stay, had nearly half price discount then I arrived and they had upgraded me from the standard no view room to a deluxe for free! Furnishings are fresh and clean. Got waaay more than I paid for. Nice touch having Shower Gel,Shampoo,Conditioner that look homely. Toothbrushes and comb provided and also theres a couple optional extra drinks in the fridge and some pot noodles which is nice. Feel like I stumbled across a good one here and its making me think about staying more than 1 night. The room is kinda small but the space is used effectively. I’m also not on holiday to sit in my room so I don’t mind that.

  Nice new building/rooms, great location, friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again and I recommend to anyone if you’re going to be in Phan Thiet.

  Fantastic! The staff take care of you like their family, give very useful information, help with booking other hotels, tours...... The room, shower, service and cleaning was better than 4 stars hotel that I stayed a few weeks before.

  Cozy room. New, just built in 2 years. Surrounded by tea, cafe, food shops… not too crowded area. You’re required to walk :)

  My friend and I decided to stay at this hotel for one night, but unfortunately, we had a highly disappointing experience. It was evident that the hotel prioritized monetary gains rather than resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. While the room itself was pleasant due to its newness, I DO NOT recommend this hotel based on their mishandling of our incidents—yes, incidents with an "s." Considering the available alternatives, there are numerous other hotels that I would strongly advise choosing over this one.

  During my one-night stay at this hotel, I regret to report that my overall experience fell short of my expectations. There are several significant reasons for my dissatisfaction. To begin, upon entering my room, I discovered leftover food in the refrigerator, which not only raised concerns about hygiene but also pointed to a lack of attentiveness from the staff. Furthermore, the bathroom curtain was not properly installed, and it fell on me when I attempted to use it. We promptly alerted the receptionist, who assured us that a technician would be called to address the issue. Consequently, we decided to leave the hotel for the day. Upon our return, we were informed that the technician was unavailable, and the curtain was merely repositioned, though still deemed unsafe. Regrettably, no apology was extended by the hotel. The following morning, our rest was abruptly disrupted by loud noises at around 7 am, which persisted throughout the morning, making our stay unbearable. We had no choice but to pay and check out early. When I approached the reception to express our concerns, the response was limited to a simple apology, with the explanation that they needed to perform electrical system maintenance during the day. This lack of communication and understanding from the hotel staff left me speechless. In light of these issues, I express my disappointment with the hotel's service. I sincerely hope the hotel considers reviewing its operational processes and making substantial improvements in service quality to ensure that future guests do not encounter the same problems I experienced.

  Clean, new, small hotel. The entrance to it is blocked by bikes. New area. There are many construction sites nearby. a little greenery around.
