  Came here for a 3 night stay, hotel is new and clean, service is great, remember to call before book because the price might be lower than online.

  Found the website, called to book. The receptionist confirmed that our room is available and we don't have to make a deposit. 2 days later I called again just to double-check since there has been no confirmation email or text. Turned out our room is NOT booked, no one know what we were talking about and that our room is not available for that period. No apology, no nothing. We did called the same number by the way. Look like a lovely hotel but the service needs to be better.

  Great, quiet location. The beds are typical firm mattresses but the staff were accommodating and gave us extra pillows. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the street. Super quiet and we were able to walk around the neighborhood without any fear of getting ran over while crossing the street.

  Cozy and pretty clean. Good view with window, fragrant lemongrass esensial oil which is helpful for disinfection espectially after the Covid pandemic. Great place to stay for business or vacation as it s located near the beach. Surrounded by plenty of streetside restaurants, and the culinary street Tuyen Quang.

  Extremely firm mattress. I liked the bathroom. There were boogers on the wall above the bed. Otherwise clean and good location between the ocean and city center.

  Just booked there through Agoda. Booking confirmed. Got message "sorry, the room you booked is not available! Please cancel this booking, sorry for inconvenience!" Price must have been too low for the Tet holiday. Inconvenient to make only a small profit 😂😉🥳
