  Nice and quiet ! You don’t have to go far to get a great meal, ice cream or coffee. Beach is clean easy for a refresher dip after sitting reading a book for a few hours. 60, 000 ea dong for a beach chair under a shady spot. At night the roadside carts offer tasty treats. Our 2 br apartment hosted by Chang was clean and comfortable.

  We stayed at an apartment which is part of the resort. But we have to purchase the amenities like pool etc. We noticed The staff is very nice. We didn’t get a pool package but it’s a big pool and looks very good and clean. So instead We bought a beach package for a week (we prefer the beach ) from ocean vista resort to use their beach and Loungers. 800 000 dongs for 7 days. $30 usd for 2 people. I was told it included towels. It does not. You have to buy one for 150 000 dong. Its a beautiful beach. Nice loungers. But it’s a typical resort and some days there’s loud speakers and activities on the beach. Although the chairs and grass umbrellas are nice they never clean the tables and some cushions have seen better days.

  Sealink Ocean Vita C326 !!! Be careful with this property. My fully prepaid booking (ID: 8116145234910008... ) on Booking. com was cancelled at 10:07 AM on the check-in date without any clear reason. This left me with no time to arrange alternative accommodation. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Do not trust this property if you need a guaranteed stay.

  From a pricing perspective, this is an elite complex. In terms of quality for European tourists, however, it’s an interesting experience that offers valuable insight into the local population and their way of thinking.

  The worst management ever ! People come here to enjoy themselves, and get met with super rude workers at the beach. And 200k for one hour of volleyball?! Really? We never had to pay for this before and we’ve been coming here for years. I’ve never been more disappointed before .. more people should see , and I believe that all 15 people who wanted to play today will give you negative reviews, and plus other guests. Enjoy it

  Poor service and complete lack of hospitality Extremely disappointing stay. The main problem with this hotel is the staff. Any question you ask gets the same answer every time: “I don’t know”, “I can’t”, “No”, “It’s not possible.” No one even tries to help or look for a solution. It feels like the staff are not trained at all to work with guests. Any request is ignored, and questions seem to annoy them rather than motivate them to help. Basic customer service is completely absent. Many services you would normally expect from a hotel of this level are either unavailable or require extra payment, and even then no one can clearly explain the conditions. You have to figure everything out on your own, and even that usually leads nowhere. Communication is another major issue. Most of the staff do not speak English, which makes resolving even simple matters nearly impossible. Instead of assistance, you get indifference and constant refusals. Overall, it feels like guests are not welcome here. No service, no customer focus, and absolutely no desire to return. Definitely not recommended. There are much better places to stay in Mui Ne for the same money.

  Absolutely not a hospitable hotel This hotel left a very unpleasant impression. From the very beginning, it feels like guests are not welcome here. The staff are cold, indifferent, and interacting with them feels more like an inconvenience than hospitality. Any questions are met with short refusals or vague answers, with no effort to help or explain. There is a tense atmosphere and absolutely no sense of comfort or relaxation. Hospitality is completely absent. Instead of caring about guests, there is indifference and a total lack of customer focus. It feels like the main goal is simply for guests not to bother the staff. For a resort, this is unacceptable. Relaxing and enjoying your stay in such a place is impossible. Definitely not recommended there are far better and more welcoming hotels in Mui Ne.

  My one night stay at Hung Minh guest house was by far the worst experience I've had in many years of traveling and staying at a wide range of hostels, guest houses and hotels. Out of every place that I've stayed in Vietnam or elsewhere, I've never been so disgusted.||||First, the information they post online is misleading. This is a sister guest house of another, beach-side hotel 5 minutes walk away: that's where you'll find the private beach area, the restaurant and the bar, not at this guesthouse. The guesthouse itself is actually located further inland, beside a chicken farm with an overpowering smell of bird droppings.||||When we arrived, we were "greeted" incredibly rudely by the guesthouse manager - first, he ignored us for several minutes while he and a cleaning lady shouted at each other. Then he shouted at us to come over to him, and immediately said "we're full, no rooms" - not the most professional way to treat two guests who had already booked.||||After he looked, confused, at our online booking for a few moments he finally led us to our room - and that's when things got really bad. I have never in my life seen such a disgracefully filthy room in paid accommodation. I have no idea where the pictures that this guesthouse has online came from; they certainly have no resemblance to our room. The tile floor was cracked and dirty. The walls were peeling and covered in splashes and stains. The front window had a curtain which was absolutely filthy, with dead flies hanging off of it. The tiny, metal, hospital-style bedside table had not been cleaned in a very long time. ||||The bed was by far the worst - it had clearly not been changed since the last guest stayed there. The sheets were full of hairs, there were mystery white splashes on the headboard and there was a bloodstain on the pillow. That's right - we were expected to sleep in somebody else's hair and BLOOD.||||The bathroom was in a sickening state, with clumps of other people's toothpaste, shower gel, hair, etc, all over the mirror, walls and floor. A hole in the wall beside the bathroom let in whatever wildlife got bored of the neighbouring chicken farm and fancied paying us a visit instead - and believe me, there was a lot of it. ||||We summoned all our bravery to look under the bed - where we found months worth of dust, an endless sea of rat droppings, and a huge cockroach who had been dead for god knows how long.||||When we got here, it was so late in the evening that there was no possibility for us to find an alternative hotel - so we sucked it up and stayed the night in this disgusting environment. And what an incredibly long night it was, as we lay on the bed fully clothed, trying not to touch anything, and trying to ignore the countless cockroaches that skittered across the floor, the lizards that hurried in and out of the cracks in the walls, and the intermittent shrieks of various animals and birds that passed via the chicken farm a few meters from our beds. Getting up to go to the bathroom during the night gave me the unforgettable experience of disturbing about a dozen cockroaches who quickly disappeared down the open shower drain when I entered.||||In the morning, we confronted the guesthouse manager with our concerns and he simply did not care - in fact, he laughed at us. His excuse for the state of his rooms was that "this is very cheap in Vietnam" - at 24USD a night this room is absolutely NOT cheap, not for Mui Ne, and not for Vietnam as a whole. After arguing with him for quite some time - difficult given his extremely poor English and his refusal to come with us to the room so that we could point out the issues - we ended up paying half price and leaving. We absolutely could not get out of there fast enough.||||To sum up - there is no way I would stay here again even if they paid me to. If we had slept in a blanket on the side of the road in Mui Ne, we would have experienced the same level of comfort and cleanliness. There is NO EXCUSE for a guesthouse, no matter what level of budget they cater for, to simple not bother changing the bedsheets in a room. This disgusting place would be more useful as a kennel for dogs, and the manager would be better suited in a profession where he didn't have to talk to customers.
