  The lady that runs this homestay is very sweet and owns 4 or so dogs that are all very friendly and hang out the front area. The rooms are upstairs. We stayed in a 4 bed dorm room. The beds are a little hard but you adjust, and the bathroom was clean and had soap and shampoo provided. Highly reccommend staying here. Great view from upstairs and its in a great location also.

  Room was beautifully clean with a perfect hot shower. Room had kettle, fridge , Tv and amazing pillows. Location is great also not far from the beach Host was helpful with any questions we had. This place felt was a delight to spend 4 nights at as it was so comfortable and affordable.

  Lovely clean rooms with good bathroom. Hot water works and AC is good also. Owner/manager is a lovely guy and very helpful. MC rental available at the property is so convenient and affordable. Located in the center and easy quick drive to nice beaches.

  Fantastic hotel. I cannot rate it highly enough. Wonderful staff. So clean too. 10/10 lovely lovely lovely x

  Beds are not really good, the mattress is not flat, in the middle is high, both sides are concave and it is difficult to use TV (complicated)

  Would not honor prices listed online. Prices start at 350,000 to 500,000 online. He says cheapest price is 650,000. He sees white people and sees $$$. Edit: I could literally reserve the room in front of him. The rooms were all available. I did him a favor not making him pay the booking fee. Now he makes accusations about my age. They are non-sense.

  Came through Phan Thiet for 2 days during a road trip with a friend in the middle of july. Of all the Homestays we went to during our trip, this one has been by far the best. The owners, a young married couple were extremely friendly, greeted us on our arrival with a selection of fruits and watched a world cup game with us. They were really nice throughout our stay and helped us out with various things. The prices were fairly cheap, the rooms pretty big, clean and cozy, there was a nice shower and the possibilty to wash your clothes. A highlight was also the living room, where you could chill with the owners, who were very happy to interact with us despite their limited english skills. Furthermore you can put your bikes inside during the night, which just gives you a better feeling of safety.||To summarize, a wonderful place with a wonderful family that I would recommend to everyone who's staying in Phan Thiet for a while. Feelingwise much better than any hotel you could find.
