  The villa is very large with 4 bedrooms. It is perfect for a family gathering. It is very quiet and quite central. It has a great view of the golf course and the ocean. Highly recommended

  Can't even begin to talk about how bad this location is. We checked in, went to dinner, and came back to find bugs crawling in our beds, stained sheets and blankets, dead flies in the sink, and tons of flies in the kitchen. If that wasn't bad enough, when we went to heat up some food, we found a plate of cooked fish in the microwave. We called the property manager and invited her in to inspect the villa and she offered us another villa. We insisted on seeing the new villa first before we move over, which was a good decision because the second villa wasn't much better. Flies and bugs in the bathtub and the kitchen sink, lizards running around, yellow and orange stains on our bed sheet, and barely functioning A/C. We could have made it through the night with new sheet but the A/C condition is unbearable in the middle of summer. The property manager wanted to bring in a technician to fix it for us, but it was already 8:30 pm at night. Since they didn't have another villa to give us, we decided to ask our driver to drive us back to Saigon, a 4 hours drive, which is a lot better than sleeping in that villa.

  Me and my six friends went to mui ne for two nights and we stayed in this house Villa Panda. It was a very comfortable place to stay in and everything is clean and tidy! The host and the manager of the villa are very nice people and they were very helpful during our stay. ||||We enjoyed staying in the villa much and we visited the private beach and private pool during the stay. They were great! The villa also enjoys a very nice sea view. The manager also gave us a lot of suggestions of what tour to go to and he also recommended is of some good restaurants and bars. We joined the local keep your recommended by him and it was really worth our time! Overall it has been a great experience. Would definitely come back if we go to mui ne again.

  My family and friends had a great vacation. Villa Panda is the right place for family with kids. You can cook your own meal and for your kids. You can enjoy your self like a home. Distance from villa to the beach is kinda far for walking distance but if you can ride scooter it's not a problem. You can get a scooter and you can go where ever you want. It was better renting scooter than calling a taxi all the time. Nice location, good manager, great place for big families, good service. After all we will definitely choose Villa Panda for next vacation.

  Booked one of the Villa Panda Homes from Peter (Manager). Peter was kind and pleasant to deal with and had great recommendations on what to do to stay busy and local restaurants. There was about 10 of us that stayed in this villa for about 3 days. Clean home and spacious. Nice and quiet neighborhood with plenty of activities around for adults and kids. Renting 2 scooters from Peter to ride around the neighborhood and in town was nice. Not much traffic and definitely safer than being in big city like Ho Chi Minh. Beach was little further than expected if you area willing to exercise downhill and uphill through the neighborhood. Will definitely come back to this area again someday and hopefully deal with Peter direct again. I highly recommend this area for those around Phan Thiet Mui Ne. Affordable and reasonable rental pricing. Thanks to Peter and his staff for great service.||||Eric

  I stayed at this fantastic villa for four nights over the easter long weekend with a group of 10 friends and we had an absolutely sensational time. The villa is spacious, modern, and very well maintained: 4 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms, beautiful balconies and spectacular views over the impressive Sea Links Golf Course and coastline. The open plan kitchen/dining/living area on the ground floor s perfect for entertaining and relaxing with friends, as is the surrounding garden and outdoor bbq area. The beach is about a 15-20 minute walk away (or a quick golf cart ride) and the facilities of the nearby 5 star hotel are also availabe for a small fee - but the villa itself has everything you need for a great time.||||The manager of the villa, Pierre, deserves a special mention for going out of his way to ensure we had the best possible time: happy to assist with any of our requests/queries, as well as recommending the best places to eat/drink, organise take-away, or get supplies for self catering. He was instrumental in making our stay an extremely memorable one! Transfers from HCMC and on to our next destination (Long Hai) were also very easy to organise and reasonably priced.||||Overall a 5+ star experience: excellent service, facilities, and fantastic value for money. I would definitely stay again, and couldn't recommend more highly to any group of friends or family travelling through southern Vietnam.

  Visited Mui Ne for 2 days, the villa is perfect for a large group or family, quiet and safe location, with much privacy. It would be better if you drive/motorbike by yourself as u would need to call a taxi every time you go out or its a 30min-walk from the main road and the shops. The rooms are decent, clean and well equipped. There is a large living room and dining room for us to chill and gather, although you will find some annoying flies there (this also happened in another villa we rented in Vietnam). |The villa manager, Pierre, is nice and friendly, gave us very good advice on what to do and where to eat! He also helped us arrange jeep tour with a reasonable price. |Definitely a good place to stay in!
