  We have been in Amana Hotel two nights this hotel is very new and modern, the room is not very big, but you have all in it as what you need, so we feel very comfortable and slept very good,the only small thing is that there is no safe in it. The reception is extremely kindly and the woman (Jenni !) Organized us to tickets for the train to Saigon, all in one this is highly recommended

  it's a very pleasant, clean, and beautiful hotel in a more quiet part of town. Jenny and all staff members were extremely friendly and helpful when we approached them with various requests. if you want to stay in Phan Thiet, Amana is highly recommended!!!

  Jenny was incredibly hospitable and welcoming. Check-in was smooth and effortless, which we truly appreciated after a four-hour journey from Ho Chi Minh City. She kindly shared a self-made local guide highlighting nearby places, which was very helpful and made exploring the town much easier. The hotel is fairly new and offers a nice, quiet environment. Our room was bright, spacious, and comfortable, with a soft and cozy bed. Breakfast was delicious as well. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

  Amana hotel in Phan Thiet is sn absolutely lovely place to stay for relaxation and good vibes. The staff was very friendly and responsive to requests. The security team in front are courteous and helpful. They will lend you bicycles as well to explore the area. Overall, we had a great experience to explore the city while bicycling and felt very welcomed at the hotel.

  Location is 8/10 Peacefully situated just outside the busy city center. More suitable for relaxation. However, given the fact that it’s not very near the center; transportation will be more dependable with ride-hailing apps or own service. Room is 9.5/10 Very modern, new and good quality materials. From bed mattress to comforter and blankets. Also plumbing materials are of good quality. Doesn’t make you feel it is cheap. Towels are also of good and very clean. Complete with all necessities such as bathrobes, floor mat for bathroom and shower gel and shampoo. Comes with blower as well. I would have given the room 10/10 if it not for the water supply. Water pressure and heater seem to be a little weak during my stay. The whole hotel is designed with a contemporary touch with Vietnamese style paintings. ***This is a relatively new hotel; given that everything in place are new even to the wall paint smell is still present (but does not sting to the nose), so I will not go much into its overall appearance. Rate per night is average USD40, comes with free buffet breakfast and even free lunch after checkout! Very good price. This stay was on Dec. 30, 2025. A free room upgrade was given and this room is facing front of the road. Top floor. Check out time was 11am but thanks to Ms. Voung, she kindly gave an hour extension to me free of charge. Staff are all polite and friendly. Definitely worth the stay.

  Stayed here expecting a decent getaway in Phan Thiet. Got a windowless room so small it felt like a storage closet with AC. If you’re claustrophobic, look elsewhere. The soundproofing is virtually nonexistent. Guests a few rooms away were blasting videos until midnight, then music and furniture-dragging started at 5am. When I contacted the front desk, staff were helpless — they couldn’t get the guests to respond to calls or knocks. The hotel has no real mechanism to handle noise complaints at night. I’ve passed this place many times and it looked fine from the outside. Big mistake staying here. The exterior doesn’t reflect the reality inside. The only silver lining: two junior staff members at 5-6am who showed up and genuinely tried to help despite it not being their fault. They deserve better management. Rating: 2/5 — Would not return or recommend.

  The wall is thin as paper.I can hear every conversation in the hallway. It’s like they are in our room. There are other issues as follows:- The toilet paper roll runs out (Luckily, we brought an extra roll with us so we survived.)- The liquid soap ran out.- The breakfast was complementary but it was very basic so we ended up not having the breakfast on the following morning.- The room was small with only one trash bin.- No swimming pool.On the other hand, - Every staff was helpful and professional.- The room looked new and clean.Overall, considering the room rate, I will NOT stay here again.

  We arrived at the hotel early in the morning and were immediately welcomed in warmth and kindness by Mr. Dat, the Operations Manager, along with Mr. Kien and Ms. Trang from the Front Office team. Their sincere welcome made us feel like we were coming home.||A special thanks to Mr. Uyen for the refreshing passionfruit juice — it was such a thoughtful and perfect recommendation. Ms. Hang and Mr. Tai took such wonderful care of us during breakfast, making our morning feel extra special.||The rooms were not just comfortable, but filled with a sense of calm and coziness that made us truly relax and enjoy every second.||Every moments we spent at Amana Phan Thiet was memorable, and deeply cherished. This is more than a hotel. ||Thank you again for treating us with such care and making our stay unforgettable.
