Great place. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, sea view with great balcony, friendly, mostly Vietnamese, clientele. Fountain in the front of the hotel drowned out the sound of the sea but that was drowned out by the karaoke in the restaurant in the car park that went on until midnight and got better as the singers had more beer. Dot on midnight they turned it down. We loved it but it may not be to every european's taste. Nice beach walk at dawn.

Awesome place! I've stayed at this hotel twice and I'm happy everytime. The best thing about this hotel is that it is located just by the beach, separated just by a road. It would make a great experience if you get to stay in a room that outlooks the beach. Other stuff is just fine, although I have to mark that the room service is quite slow. One time I phoned the receptionist to ask for a new bottle of shapoo. But it didn't arrive until the day I left.

The hotel wasn't fully booked when we went on a long weekend. We didn't book in advance because my friend was pretty confident there would still be rooms available. Point - plenty of rooms. The rooms are clean and comfy, the bathrooms as well. They have a really nice pool at the back, one part kiddie pool. The buffet breakfast was pretty good, just make sure to go early (like 6-7AM early) as most Vietnamese are early for breakfast and all the good food will be gone if you arrive later.

It is a good hotel, I would say between 2 and 3 stars. The rooms are all right, the service too. But it is very Vietnamese, meaning that children are running through the passages shouting and crying, people at all times are going to or coming from their rooms talking at the top of their lungs (the Vietnamese apparently are incapable of speaking with each other without making all the noise they can, and they have no respect whatsoever for others, in whatever way, be it hotel, traffic, street, etc.). Groups of friends can open their doors and communicate with their friends in other rooms just by shouting from one room to the other, even after 22:00 hours. Complaining to the reception is met with friendly and compassionate attitude, but without action. I come here several times per year, for over 5 years now, I know what I am talking about. With somewhat more polite Vietnamese I would gladly give 3 stars.

I wanted to like the hotel. The facilities are nice , pool, tennis court , restaurant, coffee bar. But the room was infested with bugs. Small ants took over the bathroom. And cockroaches came out at night when I tried to get water out of the fridge. Not a couple, a lot of them. Beware.

We came here from 3/26 ~ 3/27 with total 7 people and 3 kids from 3/26 ~ 3/27 for a night with 3 rooms.||||Sea shore is just opposite the hotel, but somehow that day was terribly windy, sand and dust were flying around which hard for us to play around, not sure if it's windy all the time.||||There is a cafe beside the hotel front gate with plenty seats, good start.||||The hotel building itself is not very eye-catching, but this hotel owns tennis court and a swimming pool. Swimming pool is rather clean, and they have pool for kids, that's good.||||We were staying in 402, 404 and 406, the room was just hotel-like, pity they don't have crib for baby, so we tried to put 2 single beds together but because the drawer in between was not movable, so it took some time for us to arrange how me and my wife and kid the way to sleep.||||Bed, pillow and sheets are clean, the wooden cabinet and furniture are a little bit old, but still usable.||||They have bathtub in the bathroom with stable hot water, but the water power is not strong enough, so it took me some more time to take shower.||||The floor in the room were little sandy, I am not sure it was brought by ourselves into the room or the hotel wasn't aware about this, because actually we have not went to beach yet, so it was not possible that we brought the sand in.||||They serve free wifi for each floor, but the signal was not good enough.||||The choice for breakfast was not many, but the food were fresh, though most of the meals were Vietnamese style, but they serve very delicious "mon", so guests who like Vietnamese dishes worth to try.

It's not a top notch of course because the price is very cheap just about 40$/ couple rooms so I didnot expect it will be fancy interiors. But it was really clean, and useful. Staff was nice and breakfast was so good. Highly recommend

My wife and I stayed at this hotel one night as our friend made reservations for us. Check-in was easy and the front desk staff spoke English. Room was dated but okay given the price. Buffet breakfast was included and there was lots of selection, one of the best Asian buffet's I've had to date. Location is right across from the beach, so it was fantastic to have a delicious breakfast and then a nice leisurely walk on the beach. The locals are so friendly. We ended our stay with a nice swim and so relax time at the pool located at the rear of the hotel. My wife and I enjoyed our stay :)
