  Cosy rooms with artisanal shampoos to shower gels makes my holiday so relaxed. Staff are super friendly and at the end of your stay you will have a small complimentaries. Thanks Ruben for making our days memorable.

  We had a fantastic stay at Rubens Boutique Hotel in Phan Thiet. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the staff truly could not have done more for us. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and always smiling. They genuinely wanted to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay, which made a big difference. Our room was located on the 6th floor with a lovely view towards the beach. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well designed, with a relaxing atmosphere after a day out exploring the area. One of the highlights was the large bathtub, which was perfect for unwinding in the evening. The hotel itself has a beautiful design, particularly the central atrium that rises through the building, creating a unique architectural feature that looks fantastic. The exterior with greenery cascading down the facade also gives the hotel a modern boutique feel. Breakfast each morning was fresh with plenty of options available, and the dining area was bright and comfortable. The location is also great — set within a new development close to the beach, with plenty of cafés and coffee shops nearby. Overall, this was a wonderful stay and we would definitely return here again when visiting Phan Thiet. Highly recommended.

  My experience at Rubens Boutique Hotel gave me a very calm and relaxing feeling. The minimalist design with beige, white, and wooden tones creates a warm and refined atmosphere. The room was clean, lightly scented, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept very well. In the morning, sunlight filtered gently through the curtains, making everything feel truly peaceful. The staff were friendly, supportive, and genuinely kind. Although it doesn’t have as many facilities as a resort, it’s a perfect place to rest, recharge, and enjoy a quiet escape.

  I’m Natasha from Indonesia. I came to Phan Thiet for a business trip to oversee the fit-out of a new SOCIOLLA (cosmetics) store at Lotte Mart Phan Thiet. I stayed at Rubens Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, from June 11–13. My team booked the hotel through Agoda and requested a room on a lower floor, which was arranged smoothly and efficiently. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent. The security staff kindly helped me carry my 13 kg luggage from the car all the way to the lobby, which I truly appreciated. The reception staff spoke good English and were very helpful in providing the room type I requested. All of the staff were friendly and attentive, including the restaurant team. At one point, I accidentally dropped my fork into my bowl, and they immediately brought me a new one without hesitation. 🥹 The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the TV already included Netflix and YouTube Premium. The only area that could be improved is the Wi-Fi connection. It was sometimes difficult to connect, and the signal occasionally dropped. Since the building is quite tall, it may be worth considering additional routers or access points on each floor or zone. A few standout things about Rubens Hotel: • The soap, shampoo, and conditioner smell AMAZING. 🤩 • Guests receive a souvenir upon checkout. • I sent my laundry at 2:00 PM, and it was ready by 6:00 PM the same day. Overall, it was a pleasure staying at Rubens Hotel. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, and the service exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come back whenever I have business in Phan Thiet again.

  A very attractive hotel located close to the sea. The setting is quiet and peaceful, while all nearby restaurants and dining options are within easy walking distance. In addition, a small park nearby invites guests to relax. The rooms are clean and functionally designed. The staff stand out for their exceptional friendliness and high level of service. We can recommend this hotel without reservation.

  Place is as it says , no more no less Room is clean with a decent shower staff are friendly and location is good, it’s in a new area with other new hotels and some places to eat 3 Nights is plenty.

  The property is new, modern, and super clean. As soon as we entered, they helped us with our luggage right away, and after checking our ID, we were able to choose a fragrance we liked (for shampoo, conditioner, and body soap) from their line of products. They have very fragrant but delicate scents, not overpowering ones. The room was very bright and clean, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The breakfast was very varied, offering many unique dishes, worth trying if you like to try something different, but you can also find classics. They even gave us a little something to celebrate their third anniversary. Highly recommended; you won't regret it.

  The service was fairly average, and the check-in and check-out procedures were quick. One thing worth praising was the security guard — he was very friendly and always enthusiastic when helping us move our motorbike in and out. On the day of check-out, I even gave him a cup of coffee, and he helped keep our luggage neat and well-organized.||The room was clean and exactly as shown in the photos. I don’t clearly remember the room category we stayed in, but it was recommended for couples — and it truly was. The space was comfortable and romantic, especially with the large bathtub.||Next time I visit Phan Thiet, I might come back, as I noticed the hotel is constructing another building next door, which may include a swimming pool or new facilities.
