Booked a limousine from Mui Ne to Da Lat. We changed our pickup location 20 minutes before pickup and they accommodated our request without issue. Vehicle was really nice, smooth journey and arrived in Da Lat ahead of schedule. Would recommend! Thank you An Phú Travel

Travelled from Mui Ne to Dalat on a limousine bus and it was great. They picked us up from our hotel on time, had one stop on the way and arrived into Dalat early. Seats were super comfy, spacious and I appreciated the water and cake!

Okay experience, we did a 5 hour ride from Da Lat to Mui Né, if if was longer would not have chosen this option. The bus wasnt very clean, there were no blankets but for the price I would say its a good choice for shorter routes.

Got the bus from Mui Ne to Da Lat. at first didn’t know what so many of the complaints were about. However, as the trip went on the driver was beeping every 2 minutes and complained about time when people got off the bus when he did (for a cigarette) as everyone needed the toilet. At this point we were already running late so he wouldn’t have stopped for another break. As I got back on the bus he started shouting in Vietnamese to me and tapping his watch when there were about 10 more people who needed the toilet. We were suppose to arrive at 1:30pm and arrived at 3pm. I can understand not being perfectly on time but felt uncomfortable being shouted at for a basic necessity when it wasn’t our fault we were running late.

The worst travel experience in Vietnam so far. Too tiny places, very rude driver. Horning all the time. Throwing garbage outside. Stopping for himself to have a drink, not for customers. A only 10 min toiletstop turned out to be a lunch stop. One hour too late

We traveled with An Phu Travel Sleeper Bus to Mũi Né, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. First, we were dropped off at a random spot, nowhere near the agreed-upon location. While everyone else was conveniently dropped off at their hotels, we were rushed onto a scooter taxi. The fare was set at 300k VND, which was way overpriced, but we felt like we didn’t have a choice at the time. Once we reached the destination, we only had 500k VND, so we asked for change. They gave us barely anything back, and when I tried to address it, they quickly sped off. It was a scam, and I really should’ve known better. I’ve attached photos of the scooter taxi scammers, so be cautious and avoid these people in Mũi Né! On top of that, the bus ride itself was a nightmare. The seats were cramped, and sleeping was impossible because the driver drove recklessly. The bus ride was uncomfortable, and the staff was not friendly at all. All in all, this was an unpleasant experience, and I wouldn't recommend An Phu Travel to anyone.

We booked a bus ticket from Phan Thiet to Da Lat, the company was GoEz Travel but aparently is the same as An Phu Travel so dont be deceived that it might be any good regardless of the good ratings it has on 12GoAsia or Bookaway apps. The agency staff and the drivers are very rude, yelling at people and only speaking vietnamese, looking at you like you are some kind of trash. The bus we got was completely different from the one in the pictures, extremely uncomfortable and unsafe, on top of that the driver drives like crazy so for almost 6 hours we had to hold onto our seats to not fall during turns, forget about getting any sleep, also because they honk all the time and are very dangerous on the road to other cars or scooters. The seats are SMALL, I am 180cm and could not fit long wise, lucky am skinny but a wider person will not be comfortable. There is nowhere to put your handbag so you have to keep it on top of you somehow. Some seats are broken and dont have the guard that prevents your from falling to the ground, so it is better if you can be on the lower berths. The AC was pumping right into my face super cold air but there is no way to turn it off or point it somewhere else. The bus was falling apart since the beggining, we were supposed to depart at 10am but right after boarding the door broke so they spent 40 minutes trying to fix it. After that, during the trip, the driver and copilot had to stop and get off the bus to check if they had a punctured tyre, because he was driving like crazy on horrible roads, the first 2 hours we went through roadworks and tyre checks, this happened 5 times in total, very stressful. Book on a different company and make sure you pay a bit more to go on a proper safe vehicle and make it alive to your destination. Dont trust any good reviews on their website, probably they are fake.

Worst bus ride we had in Vietnam!! Scam bus - DO NOT BOOK HERE! We booked a “VIP” sleeper bus from Hoi An to Mui Ne, but it turned out to be a regular sleeper bus with extremely small and short seats. It was not comfortable at all—sleeping was almost impossible. For a bigger person it would not even fit. I had an upper bed and was afraid of falling down the whole time, and there was no security belt. Also charginh didn‘t work, the blankets smelled bad. The staff was very rude. In the morning, they opened the curtains without saying anything (I was still asleep, which affected my privacy). Then they touched me on my leg (as a woman this made me feel very umcomfortable), put away the blanket and turned on the air conditioning directly above our heads, so it became very cold. When we asked to keep the blankets, they just laughed at us?! We were forced to change seats so that other passengers could sit in the places we had booked. During this process, the staff threw our luggage around in the bus. They dropped us off the bus at 6 a.m. in Da Lat (not our destination) and made us wait outside for 1.5 hours, just to put us back on the same bus— with no information or communication at all! During the trip, the bus kept making random stops to let people get on and off and to transport packages, which caused delays. When we finally arrived in Mui Ne, the bus first picked up other passengers who were traveling back to Da Lat (in the opposite direction). This resulted in a huge detour before we were finally allowed to get off. We arrived in Mui Ne almost 2 hours late - again with no communication/ excuse or anything. Our big luggage came out of the storage very dirty. Everything that can possibly go wrong went wrong! This company is clearly not interested in its customers. Avoid booking here.
