  Exceptional! [Booked on 2022.07.17 for the tour on 2022.07.18] I booked the tour 16 hours prior, with an instant confirmation. The company required just my name, the number of persons going, the time slot, and the pick-up location. Booking was smooth and the owner Mr. Jeep was very friendly and trustworthy. The driver, Mr. Viet, came to the hotel on time. He is very friendly and knowledgeable in things regarding Mui Ne and Vietnam, and could take great photos of his customers. He speaks English as well. In addition to the specified attractions, he took us to take photos in a dragonfruit garden, a wind-powered power plant, and the seaside. We spent well over the default tour duration of 4 hours without extra charges! 6 out of 5 stars. Very recommended.

  I was so looking forward for this tour but sadly they gave a totally different jeep than what they post/advertise. The driver even asked me to remove my shoes when getting on the jeep, whic I find rude. The driver also hardly speak English so communication was really hard. He could have at least told us simple background/history of the place we were going.

  Tourist trap, first they show you colorful jeeps on white sand, which are not the same as the colorful jeeps that you pay to drive on those sand dunes. So halfway, you are asked to pay again for entering the dunes (800.000-1.200.000 VND) by another colorful jeep if you want to do what you thought you paid for.

  Booked a ticket from mui ne to Dalat. Was told i would be collected from outside hotel by the latest 7.10am. Got collected at 7.42am Was so scared I would not be collected at all. I waited from 6.15am outside incase someone came earlier. I was told it would arrive at destination by 11am maybe earlier as she said it took 3 and a half to 4 hours to get there. I arrived at 12.30 and at the wrong hotel. Driver tried to take to to the right hotel. So difficult as he spoke no English. Driver collected me 7.42am which was so much later I thought he forgot to come. Pick up was 6.45 to 7.10 i was told. Then he kept stopping to pick up cargo from many businesses and houses. Then dropping off stuff. So many stops. Way too many stops. The entire journey! Journey paid was supposed to be pick up and take me to destination. I paid extra for via limousine Then he picked up 3 female monks. They had loud cell phones and shouted not talked the whole journey with the driver. I thought monks were supposed to be quiet. Then at 10am driver stops at cafe and has his breakfast. This is after so many stops and after picking me up so much later. It was a disaster. Driver was a nice person, but with no sense of timing and already being late he should not of stopped for breakfast as we were so delayed. I know they must make money, but the constant stopping and slow driving was absurd

  We paid for a tour. On our Itinerary it says “Visiting White Sand Dunes. At the top of the sand dune, catching the first sunrise of the day. (Riding quads extra). We get here and we are sitting here at the bottom because apparently going up the dunes is additional. Would not recommend at all. What a waste of a morning.
