  Driver is so cute. It's safe even I sat next to him for the whold trip from Phan Thiết to Ho Chi Minh City.

  I booked tickets in advance, arrived 45 minutes early. The bus arrived and departed on time, it has comfy beds and free bottle of water. You have to take your shoes off before you enter the bus. I was in Saigon within 3 hours and we had a 15-20 minute stop half way for toilet break. Really good service.

  The driver wanted to drop me off at another station, twice 🙈 figured everything out, but it was unpleasant. Thanks, I've arrived at my station.

  I used this company to get from Phan Thiet to Nha Trang. No issues. The guide spoke basic English. When I asked where the final stop was he explained me there was a free shuttle into the center. Because you do get dropped of at an awkward spot outside town and it was around 6PM and pitch dark. You get a blanket and a small bottle of water and there are two toilet breaks. However the ride takes more around 6,5 hours instead of the promised 5 hours. Bus left on time in Phan Thiet. The seats are rather small, but I am too.

  Probably the worst experience in 4 years dealing with them three bus changes from siagon to Muine not due to break down just really poor organisation

  The bus is late 1 hour, my place is taken by another guy, but Officer can’t deal with him, and they ask me move to other seat.

  AVOID THIS COMPANY , the bus was scheduled to leave at 8.30pm , it was 8 20pm and my girlfriend was in the bathroom and the bus driver refused to wait for her so i had to argue with him for 1 minute until she arrived. Once i board the bus , they snatch my ticket , start swearing and screaming at me to take off my shoes and the male bus attendent with tatoos starts shoving us physically on the bus while screaming . He then aggressively comes back asking for my ticket , demanding i hand it to him even though i no longer have it , since they took it off me when I boarded . Luckily i had a picture on my phone to show him again otherwise I would have got kicked off the bus . Finally the attendant comes up and slaps me on the knee to tell us to get off , i quickly check on my phone . It still appears were 30mins away from our destination however he insists for us to get off . I have to convince him were not here yet even though he saw where were were staying. All in all if you know exactly where you're going and not naive , itll get the job done . They provide blankets and water however the beds are pretty short ( im 5'10 ) and was squished in .   Avoid this company. we have them our address in the bus and they just passed by it and refused to stop. in the end they dropped us nearly 2km from our hotel.
