  Stopped here during a 6 days motorbike trip from Da Lat to Hoi An. The owner is very friendly, the rooms are clean and the water pressure is strong with nice hot water which was well appreciated after a very rainy and cold day on the bike. She also gave me some hot tea to warm up. Across the road is an awesome place for happy pancakes.

  My experience here was excellent. After a bad motorcycle accident left me fairly crippled, a taxi driver brought me here with the instructions of finding a "cheap motel." I was welcomed with big smiles and they took my bag for me (my arm was useless). I told them I had very little money and they said "I have a room for you." I spent the next two nights in a cozy, clean double room for 150,000 Dong per night (~$6 USD). The gentleman at the front helped me find a pharmacy, delicious cheap food, and helped me find a bus station that would take me to any other major city. TL;DR - Clean, quiet, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, 5 minute walk from bus station, near to many convenient stores (general stores, restaurants, mechanics, spa, salon, etc.).

  We got a very clean room with fan for only 170k. When we extended for another day, the lady manager gave us drinking water, but the male manager did not.

  Owner is amazingly Nice, she provided a boiler so we can make our own coffee with our 3in1 sticks. She was always assisting. The guy at the reception at night recommended a nice restaurant. Facilities are not new but clean. Again, very nice people up there!

  Friendly non-english speaking owner lady, provide hot water and we was enjoyed our tea in the evening in our room. Clean bedsheets, good A/C. Typical unmannered vietnamese smoked at our floor, and we breathe the smoke, because really big hole between bottom of the door and the floor. But that's not a owner's fault.

  Horrible experience!!! The double bed for 2 people is small and the mattress is stiff. No soundproof, I can hear the phone in the front desk even tho my room is in the 3rd floor 😭 the bathroom is small too, but is it fine. And the outlet is all the way by the window, dont have any outlet near the bed or the night stand. We came here on a rainy and windy day, in the evening the rooftop makes an awful noise all night, i can barely sleep.

  DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE A FEMALE SOLO TRAVELLER.||The owner attempted to sexually assault me when showing me my room. He seemed friendly and nice beforehand but when he was in my room he pushed himself into me and grabbed my head to pull me to kiss him. I said ‘no no no’ and pushed back super hard and eventually he let me go after kissing my cheek with his body pressed against me. He then laughed and walked away. The way he did it was terrifying and made me scared to spend the night there, because obviously he had a key to my room and I didn’t know if he would come back and try again/something else. And I was alone. ||I left immediately because I felt so unsafe after this experience. I had already paid for the night (so lost my money) but I booked somewhere else and left, walking past reception while on the phone to my boyfriend because I was not sure of his intentions or what he would do if he saw me leaving. So I ended up spending money on two accomodations, and lost my only day in Pleiku to a scary experience and moving accomodation so I didn’t see anything there. ||DO NOT GO HERE

  My friend and I arrived Pleiku late at night. Asked for a double bad room here. The owner was very friendly and helpful. She gave all guestes recommend for great local places to eat and visit. An ideal guest house for backpackers!
