Robu Coffee Roaster represents the growing specialty coffee movement in Vietnam, where careful sourcing, roasting, and brewing are treated as integral parts of the final product rather than background processes. The café serves a thoughtfully composed menu, with each drink prepared from high-quality ingredients and presented with evident technical precision. One of its distinguishing features is the level of service. The staff communicate confidently in English, offer professional guidance, and maintain an attentive yet unobtrusive approach. The contemporary interior is minimalist and well considered, providing a setting that complements rather than competes with the coffee itself. More than simply a place to have a drink, Robu Coffee Roaster offers a well-executed specialty coffee experience that reflects both technical expertise and a clear commitment to quality.

Beautiful cafe with a great atmosphere whether sunny or rainy. Plenty of seating. The cafe also has an English menu which was very helpful. I will come back when I visit Pleiku again!

Visited after my lunch walk. Don’t be fooled by the exterior facade. Inside awaits a beautiful Japanese styled serene cafe with breeze that could put you right to sleep. I loved my matcha with coconut water. The matcha is definitely authentic, not the perfumey inexpensive kind you come across in other cafes in this city. Pleased with the service on all counts. I just have one question to the management, do you have wifi? I would like to come and work there few days of the week.

What a gem! I had never expected to find an establishment like this in Pleiku - everything was perfect from the moment you enter. I had mango pudding and an espresso. You could smell the scent of freshly ground coffee beans as they were making it. If you are into coffee and are looking for an oasis in this lovely town, definitely come here.

Cozy and tastefully designed little spot we stumbled upon in Pleiku, food and drinks were amazing for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended, a shame we only stopped over the city for a day, eager to visit again next time we’re in town.

I was quietly taken aback by the exterior. It made me pause and simply say “Wow.” Stepping inside, the understated design revealed itself: calm, graceful, and full of character. What impressed me even more were the handcrafted, healthy desserts. They perfectly suited my taste as someone who appreciates refined, wholesome cooking. Truly, I wanted to try them all. I chose the jasmine melon tea, currently the shop’s bestseller. I could sense how creative the owner is with their drinks. I won’t spoil it for you, you’ll have to come and experience it yourself. I’m still curious about the other drinks with intriguing names like Cà phê Chòi Mòi and Cà phê Sa-pu-chê. Can’t wait to come back soon to discover more!

Such a hidden gem in town! I love the design and the effort they put into crafting each drink. If you’re lucky enough to meet the owners, you’ll love them just as much. Try the Rice Crème, you wont be disappointed!
