This was last year. I was pretty much held hostage. They wouldn’t take the IV off my arm till payment was confirmed. I actually paid as soon as I came in.

My family is in room 16. I asked the nurse to check my grandmother's urinary tract because it was blocked and I didn't know because it's not my specialty. But you guys have a very bad attitude towards us. I wonder why you guys chose to work in this field when you don't have the heart of the profession???
