Upon our arrival, warm welcome by the receptionist. Excellent customer service. Room was clean and cozy, perfect location with a drink stand in front of the hotel. Breakfast (included) was excellent, the kids loved it.

Traveling through Vietnam, this was one of the better places where we stayed. The rooms were very clean, luxurious and affordable.

I stayed only one night there with three of my friends 3 weeks ago. There is nothing to complaint. The room is nice and clean and well designed. The breakfast is simple but very tasty. All staffs are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

I got such amazing treatment from the staff here. I came in, asking a bit about what there is to do around Pleiku without a motorbike. They just spontaneously had one in the staff take me out to the big lake on his scooter. Like an actual ad hoc tour! It was super cool! I also have an allergy which they accomodated for at breakfast. The room was clean. Great! Thank you Diora staff!

Very clean. Look like newer hotel. There's shower door!!! Which usually is lacking in most hotels in this city.

+ We really liked the bed, it was very comfortable and cozy <3 The room itself was clean. Some of the staff speaks English very well. - Breakfast. Everything is fresh, the cafe and dishes are clean. But the dishes are only designed for Vietnamese. Of the three dishes, I could only eat eggs and bread. The food is not designed for people who do not like or cannot eat traditional Vietnamese food.

Location is ok, rooms/facilities are pretty new, however service needs improvement: Tet room rate was surcharged, which was OK, but they had no room service, no daily cleaning, no bottle water supply, breakfast underserved. They explained due to no staff, but then whats the point of charging more (to pay staff working during Tet) if you couldnt arrange working staff?

The staff were very impolite and unfriendly. No smiles, additional help, or polite gestures. One of the staff members also shouted aggressively at me for not wearing a motorcycle helmet, before i had even left the property and had time to put it on. Whenever i asked for something, the staff gave the impression that this was a big effort and didn't want to help. The shower in the bedroom was terrible as it was either scorching hot or very cold and also took ages to heat up. The breakfast was also disappointing - very limited options, the juice was warm (only sometimes ice was available) and the coffee pot was almost always empty. The lady who was serving breakfast also never returned any smiles and pleasantries and spoke very loudly with her friends around the guests. Im not impressed with this place and feel the staff could have been more friendly.
