  I'm so glad I picked this hotel for my one night in Pleiku. It is quaint but clean, fresh and cosy. The sweet guy at reception gave me a room with a balcony that I really appreciated as it might not be much, but the canal is lit up at night and as a result I saw the dinner options across the road and had a great local meal with a friendly family who steered me well with the menu. For those that like or need it, the TV reception and streaming options were top-rate, and the coffee didn't disappoint. Those who want a sleep in would not have had as nice a stay as the atrium echoes the chatter of the ground floor coffee area, and the mechanic/car cleaners next door make it far from silent beyond 8am (on a weekday). It's also right by the big temple that's worth visiting, and only a few minutes drive/ride from the centre, so you access to the "action" without having the hassle.

  Excellent hotel located in a great area of Pleiku. The room was super clean and comfortable and the bed was wonderful. the shower was always hot. The owner and staff are amazing! I recommend this place to anyone.

  Really nice hotel. Surrounded by lots of coffee cafes and restaurants. The room was perfect, although a little expensive for us, but we managed to negotiate. Our bicycles were stored inside overnight. The only downside, we were woken at 6.30am to put our bicycles outside.

  I've stayed twice at HA Pleiku Hotel as it's conveniently located (close to many local restaurants and coffee shops), and it's pet friendly. The hotel is very modern, clean, and has good functional rooms, all with private bathrooms. The beds are a little firm but surprisingly comfortable and supportive (unlike some of the rock-hard, concrete padded ones you will encounter across Vietnam). The rooms are air-conditioned, have a small refrigerator with drinks, and have flatscreen TV's (with the Netflix app available). They even have an elevator to access the rooms and, of course, provide free WiFi with a good strong signal. Out the front, they have some undercover parking but mostly for motorbikes (but they will move them out toward the edge of the road in the morning to make room for tables and chairs for their patrons). Unfortunately, since my last visit, a car detailing business has been built right next door, and from 7:30 am, they start working....which also means the music starts blasting out. This can easily be heard in the rooms, as well as the general noise made from their work practices and employee's chatting, yelling, joking, laughing etc. No fault of the hotel, but it impacts their business negatively. Contributing to this is HA's coffee shop music, which commences about 8-8:30am and echoes up to the accommodation rooms, assisted by the open planning of the buildings design. It becomes a mash-up of music competing against each other....and any sleeping in is quite hard. (So, ok if you're an early riser!). The other slight problem, is that some of the rooms that used to have a view from the window are now completely blocked by the car detailing businesses large shed....my room, you couldn't even open the window more than a few inches (this also prevents any natural light from entering the room). It is unfortunate, but I will probably stay elsewhere when I return to Pleiku (unless there is a great deal on their front, balcony rooms??)
