  Stayed at Pleiku Hotel and had a really good experience. The hotel is big, modern, and very clean. We were pleasantly surprised when the staff upgraded our room for free, which we truly appreciated. We came during Tet holiday and everything was still well managed. The staff were helpful and welcoming despite the busy season. Great stay overall, would definitely recommend when visiting Pleiku.

  Located right in the heart of Pleiku, near the airport, everything was very convenient for movement, and the accommodation was pleasant and cozy. The entrance was breathtaking! The entire front desk was really helpful, especially Ms. Nguyên, who was extremely friendly and took fantastic care of my father. Highly recommend the hotel for tourists, probably back here again if I got a plan to travel to Pleiku.

  Rooms are spacious and reasonable. cleaning staff are friendly and amenable. Facilities are reasonable however due to the central location if you need anything else it’s only a short walk away. Nice stay and will go back

  Excellent hotel for your stay in Pleiku. The staff was very friendly, and I even received a nice upgrade to a Queen room. Good internet conection! Breakfast in the morning is very tasty and offers many local options. I will definitely come back.

  The room was barely cleaned, A Lizard got into the room before I arrived, horrible restroom, the floor was dirty and the corners of the room had spiderwebs, but I didnt expect much more, which doesnt mean I wont give it a bad rating. The food was pretty good and the restaurant was also clean. And the location is decent

  I had a very poor experience at this hotel and cannot recommend it. The property is significantly dated, but the issues went far beyond just being "old."Hygiene & Safety: The room was infested with bed bugs, which is completely unacceptable.Facilities: There was a consistent, foul odor coming from the bathroom every morning due to an aging and poorly maintained sewage system.Service & Billing: Because of these conditions, I was unable to complete my stay and had to move to another hotel. While the reception staff originally offered a refund for the unused nights, the money was never actually provided.It is disappointing to deal with both a health hazard and a broken promise regarding a refund. I suggest looking elsewhere for a cleaner and more professional stay.
