  A lovely stay, thank you! We stayed for just one night and were very happy with our choice. The room was spotlessly clean and felt very welcoming. A special thanks for the huge, comfortable bed — it was exactly what we needed after a long trip, and we had a great night's sleep. There were no issues with hot water at all, and the breakfast was quite decent with a fresh and tasty selection. Thank you to the staff for your hospitality; we would gladly stay here again!

  Very clean rooms , fresh hot made to order breakfast. All the girls behind reception very helpful and friendly. O rented a bike from here to see the surrounding coffee, tea plantations well worth doing.

  I would give a perfect 100 if possible. My first stay was 2 nights and i enjoyed everything. I returned and stayed several weeks and really cant express how much i appreciate this hotel and staff. My room was large, comfortable and well equipped. Water pressure is excellent and cleaning is daily.. The breakfast has many options and my favorite is the beef Pho. The staff will treat you like family and the owner makes you feel at home. This is a must stay hotel and the only place i will stay when in Pleiku. Be sure to say hello for me 😁

  Great customer service. I love this hotel. Staffs are very helpful and always with positive attitude. Room is decent. Price is affordable. Even offer me a free "Cà Phê Sữa Đá" while I wait for my flight after checking out. Love this kindness.

  I wondered how good could it realy be. well, this Center Hotel far surpassed my expectations. Bags were immediately taken from the car when we arrived and the bellman showed us how everything in the room Great time... thank you

  Fine for the price, just a little bit old and dirty in the rooms. Bathroom had some mold on the ceiling. Location good, close to night market and service was good.

  The Hotel itself is nice, but everyone can have nice rooms so: The stuff seams to be a bit dump, and for this Price Category does not even speak english. The hot coffee was cold. The outside tables where not cleaned. In every homestay they would care more for you. Ahhh and the "included Breakfast" is not worth paying for. 2 Toast and 1 scrambeld egg. Not even a singel piece of veggie. For real? Every HOSTEL I stayed so far in 3 Month Travel makes this better. As I already sated the coffee was cold and not even delicious as it normaly is in Vietnam. Laziness is the stuffs key, as it usually is when you have an overpriced Hotel. Would not go again, you definitely find better options. It just looks nice from outside.
