The rooms are nice. Maybe the beds will be a bit firm for most guest but I like a firm bed from time to time. Other hotels I have stayed at had 2 free bottles of water here they didn’t. Dinner at their restaurant was not the best nor was the breakfast.

Room is clean and well maintained, other than this there's nothing else fantastic. The shower pressure is horrible and U must be very careful when using as it gets scalding hot quickly. Breakfast is horrible as well. And i attended a dinner event that caused me to have diarrhea.

Stayed here for a business trip. New hotel, room is very spacious and clean. Lobby staff were really nice and very helpful. They gave us several recommendations for eating and sightseeing. They also kindly gave us their phone number and told us to call if there's any problem during our day trip. Will return if I ever visit the city again

Very modern well run hotel. ||Rooms are a good size. Wide range of Int'l channels on TV. Room service is reasonable. Sound proofing is good. ||Breakfast buffet is ok if your early but looked a bit tired by 8.15. But they do have an eggs station and loads of fabulous fresh baguettes. Dreadful coffee but there's a coffee shop opposite. ||Manager speaks good English. ||About 5 mins by taxi from the airport and a similar distance from the town centre. There's a massage place downstairs which we didn't try but looked ok too. ||if I'm ever in Pleiku again I will stay here.

The Kanh Linh Hotel in Pleiku is attractive and impressive upon arrival. Room was nice though basic. Buffet breakfast is okay but obviously not geared to Westerners. Some hot coffee would be great! Overall, this was a comfortable stay at a fair price.

Avoid at all costs. This hotel is terrible. I was in a group of 11 people. We had 8 rooms. Most of the rooms had backed up plumbing. Very bad. ||The restaurant food was poor. ||The front desk staff did not speak English. ||The worst part was they ripped us off by overcharging us for food and drink. In / cases they triple charged us. ||Beware. Go elsewhere.

Probably the best appointed hotel in Gia Lai province. Western style rooms are large, comfortable and have all the mod cons. I've stayed in Australian hotels for 5 times the price that weren't nearly as nice. Easy to locate on the main street of Pleiku and close to shops and cafes. After roughing it in the countryside for a while, this was a welcome little bit of 'luxury'.

Hotel locates at one the main thoroughfare in Pleiku so it's pretty convenient for going anywhere in that small highland town. The hotel was pretty new so room was spacious and in good condition. House keeping staff were helpful. Breakfast has limited choices but ok for food quality. This is the most decent hotel one can get in this small town for a very decent price.
