  I had a wonderful experience at Mường Thanh Grand Gia Lai Hotel. The hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and professional service. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and maintained to a high standard, with great views and all the modern amenities you’d expect. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile. The buffet breakfast had a great selection of both local and international dishes, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. The location is also very convenient—close to the city center, restaurants, and attractions—making it easy to explore Gia Lai. If you're visiting Pleiku or the Gia Lai area, I highly recommend staying at Mường Thanh Grand Gia Lai Hotel for a comfortable and memorable experience.

  Although the interior is a bit dated, the service is acceptable and the cozy atmosphere made our whole family feel comfortable — though it’s not as high-end as other Muong Thanh hotels in different provinces.

  Great hotel in the centre of town so very convenient. The rooms are large and everything very clean. The rooms at the back have a balcony with table chairs and have great panoramic views over the town. Nice quiet air con The dinner we had was excellent. Staff very helpful but English is a problem.

  Not worth 4 star quality. you will have to pay 10k for a plastic bag to put dirty clothes in.

  Good value hotel with welcoming staffOverall a solid choice with excellent value for money. The staff is very welcoming and professional, which makes the stay pleasant.The only minor downside is that the hotel feels a bit dated, and the bathrooms could use some renovation.
