  Owner of the hotel was delightfully helpful. Got into an accident but the owner went above and beyond to help me out. Room was generally okay - standard for a Vietnamese hotel, but the view is pretty nice.

  Good spot for a simple stay. The room and staff are great—everyone’s friendly and helpful, and the café is nice for hanging out. There are a few things that could be improved: shower area could be fixed up better, bathrooms could use more fragrance spray, and it’d help if guests were reminded to keep quiet in the lobby. As a regular, I wish they’d offer a small discount or a free bottle of water or laundry. Still, it’s a comfortable and convenient place if you’re in Pleiku.

  - Easy to find. Not far from Pleiku Airport (# 5km) - Good view (4th & 5th floor) - Confortable room. Clean washroom. - No iron. No free water or instant coffee. - Refrigerator ok - Breakfast not included - Friendly and helpful staffs. - Delicious coconut coffee at the cafeteria. - They have motorcycle for rent, garage and parking lot outside.

  It's a relief to finally be in a quality hotel. Beds comfortable enough. Good a/c. Very helpful reception if you find an English speaker.

  The room so smelly it stinks and my sister room strong smell of cigarette smoke. also very noisy. the security man speaks rudely to you

  I order a mango juice with yogurt and what's funny that half of the glass was ice cubes. Lol, I ordered juice not ice cubes..

  Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. No windows in the room, the hotel floor smelled like cigarettes. You can hear other people on the floor talking loud and it makes it hard to get some sleep.
