  Went up to the 6th floor rooftop bar and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The view over Pleiku at night is beautiful, you can see the city lights all around. It’s quiet, relaxing, and a nice place to unwind after a long day. Had a cold Heineken with some peanuts, simple but perfect for the setting. The space is clean, cozy, and not too crowded. Great spot if you just want to chill and enjoy the cool evening air in Pleiku.

  The best possible pick we could have made. Obviously, the location was spectacular, we couldn't have chosen a better place. Staff was very nice, helpful. Rooms were modern and well-kept. You get a great value for your money. Breakfast was very Vietnamese style but still, if they have a room free, go for it.

  This would have been an easy 5-star review, as the whole hotel and the rooms are really nice and well kept. Unfortunately both of us got mild food poisoning from the hotel breakfast (got it 30min afterwards, had nothing else than the hotel breakfast)

  The friendliest staff, in the friendliest hotel, in the friendliest city I've visited in Vietnam. Check-in was a breeze, the room was great, substantial breakfast and this may be strange comment, but the pillows smelled amazing!!! Could not recommend this place enough to anyone passing through Pleiku.

  It was my first trip to Pleiku, on my way to Mang Den.The room has separate space for bath tub and bathing.The mattress, pillows and bedsheets were very clean.. The hotel has excellent location with the park & eateries nearby. It was v safe to walk alone too. Breakfast is limited variety but with very fresh ingredients. I enjoyed time at the cafe.... & I was impressed that they have their own coffee beans. After I googled, I realised they serve awarding Robusta coffee. Special thanks to Front Desk receptionist Thu who helped me book tpt to Mang Den. She and the manager at the cafe also helped me with choosing the Robusta beans. I will b back. ☺️👌💕 for their service... 6Stars.Cleanliness was 4 stars as there was a long strand of hair near the sink when I checked in.

  The hotel is located across a beautiful park and monument. I especially like the coffee shop on ground floor and a favorite hangout for Locals. Staff are attentively nice .

  Very strategic location..,near some tourist atraction, and coffee shop in hotel very nice always full of people..Room clean, breakfast at roof top with good view..Reception are very helpfull ..thanks for all

  I stayed for 2 nights in May 2025 in a Deluxe King Suite.||Pros:|-good variety of Vietnamese breakfast |-Receptionists are nice and friendly. Nga Dang was really helpful and kind. Also helped organise scooter rental. |-There are proper blackout curtains on the balcony doors only. it blocks out a lot of the light but because the other windows don't have blackout curtains it's not 100% blackout but it's pretty decent, didn't wake up. |-Wifi is pretty fast. Mobile speed tested at ~54.9mbps download and ~71.6mbps upload. |-bed is comfortable |-pillow is comfortable |-Bathtub and shower is nice. Toilet is separate from this area. |-lots of plugs in the room. |-hairdryer provided. |-aircon works well. |-downstairs cafe area is nice, has a good vibe, chill. |-view from breakfast area and the room was also nice. ||Cons: |-you can hear street noise, it's not completely sound proof. If you are normally a heavy sleeper you won't have an issue though. |-the tissuebox in the room is made with poor quality tissues, it's like toilet paper sheets that are as rough as sandpaper. ||Overall rating: 9.0/10
