  Hotel is relatively new, very friendly, helpful staff. Very clean. Hotel is in a laneway, directly behind a business. Easy to find. There parking bays behind the hotel if you come by car.. We had 3 standard rooms, one was upgraded without charge so I could be next to my family. Very appreciative. 8 mins walk to the main St, Hưng Vương. There are plenty of great stores, fruit n vegie market, all within walking distance. The only drawback is that the hotel is behind a Monastery, their wakeup morning chanting bell is 3.30am. If you are a light sleeper like me, this will be a problem when you can't go back to sleep

  Even I haven’t stayed but I experienced excellent customer service and very trustful staff. They helped me a lot with my booking as I have problem at last minutes I can’t come but the hotel sincerely assisted me.

  Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was super clean and in great condition, and the whole place had a warm, welcoming vibe. It was also nice and quiet—perfect for getting a good night’s sleep. The location is super convenient—really close to the CBD, night markets, and some popular local restaurants. There are also tons of spots nearby like coffee shops, karaoke bars, and more places to eat, so you’re never short of options. One of my favorite parts was being near the biggest park in the area. It’s a great place to walk around, relax, and enjoy the fresh air. There’s even a lake there, which makes it extra peaceful and scenic. Would definitely stay here again!

  Such a pleasant experience here. I booked on a wrong date with Agoda. It was non refundable. They humbly changed the date to a day an earlier even if I had paid less than what it would have cost me for the date I wanted. They didn’t tell me this but I figured it out by checking online booking site. A few of them spoke English well so my communication was never an issue. The place is two blocks away from a large park with lots of coffee places around. All in all, great hospitality and a great place to stay. They don’t have a proper breakfast though. Unless you absolutely require a restaurant, this is a perfect peaceful place to stay. The rooms are great. The hotel’s new. Everything works just as expected. Nothing was broken as of my review date.

  Very nice and new hotel, with all the necessary amenities. We had very comfy bed with soft mattress, spacious room with large bathroom and full glass shower cabin, with enough hot water available, even when taking late evening shower. Sockets are comfortably located all around the room, which is rarely met in Vietnamese hotels. Room has a good soundproof, enough to have a quiet time and peaceful sleep. Very helpful and friendly staff. Will be back soon and surely will recommend this place to our friends. Thank you, hotel for a nice stay 🌺

  Miss Choen is really nice, helpful, and caring. Thanks for your kindness 🙏😊. I'm a pure vegetarian, and she took great care in preparing breakfast according to my preferences.

  Well, all was good up to the moment we checked out. When we were all leaving and doing the check-out (kinda in a rush), it was claimed that one towel was too dirty, that they cannot clean it and that we had to replace it - and charged us 350,000 Đồng. I know for sure that this is not the price for a small towel in Vietnam. Felt pretty scammy to me.
