I was lucky to find this bike shop, where I was able to rent a motorbike for 100k VND a day (24hrs), though the 1st few shops that I tried wouldn't even rent one to me with a sign 'Cho Thuê Xe Máy (motorbike rental)!' You'd have to leave your passport or 2 million VND cash as deposit.
