  I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pleiku Homestay, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped into this homestay, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staffs were friendly and efficient, checking me in quickly and showing me to my room.

  One of the best Homestay’s I’ve stayed at in Vietnam. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff helped us in so many ways. Incredibly hospitable and kind staff and owner. Thank you Em Vướng and chị Sương ❤️

  I stayed at Pleiku Homestay for one night, which proved to be an enjoyable stay. Tran Thang was a helpful host, accommodating me both dropping my bag off early and picking it up late to align with my travel plans. He provided good attraction and restaurant recommendations and also was able to assist with booking a tour guide last minute on my second day. The room itself was nicely appointed, with a comfortable bed and sufficient linens for a longer stay than mine was. From a location perspective, it is far enough from the main road that noise is not an issue at night. It is also well centered between the attractions I visited, not close to any individual one but positioned in between them such that none are far.

  May 2026 Had a pre-paid booking on Agoda. Arrived, nobody in sight. Place looked locked up. Still waiting for a refund 4 weeks later.

  Mình đi du lịch, chọn home vì xem video khởi nghiệp của chủ home trên tiktok. Một phần vì ủng hộ, phần vì nhiều review tốt trên đây và agoda, phần vì thấy bạn chủ quay video trông chill chill dù mình biết phòng nhỏ thôi. Nhưng đến nơi mình sốc thật sự, ĐÂY KHÔNG PHẢI DỊCH VỤ HOMESTAY MÀ CHÍNH XÁC LÀ 1 KHU TRỌ TẠM. Phòng lộn xộn, có cả cái đệm cũ chả biết để làm gì, chăn ga bẩn, tường nhà mốc, …. Nhiều phòng là người thuê trọ, nên chỗ phơi quần áo chất đống. Không biết mindset khởi nghiệp của chủ home như nào, và bạn có thực sự có chuyên môn và có tâm với nghề hay không nhưng nhìn căn phòng thôi là thấy quá nhiều vấn đề rồi. Mình tự hỏi, 1 người trẻ làm homestay cho vui và chỉ để thoả mãn cái mong muốn làm chủ thôi à??? Nếu vậy thì thực sự buồn cho bạn, và buồn cho những khách đã nhầm tưởng như mình. Ngay lập tức mình đã chuyển sang một homestay khác cũng ngay trong tp Pleiku, giá chỉ hơn 1 chút (180k) nhưng siêu xinh và tinh tế, phòng rộng, sạch thơm và có ban công. Thế mới thấy, thành công bắt nguồn từ cái tâm và cái tầm!

  Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in Vietnam. I don't understand the good reviews on Agoda and Google. There is no contact person at the accommodation, the phone number on the accommodation notice is not available. I only got the key to the room with the help of other guests. Unfortunately, the whole trouble didn't end there. The bed had obviously been used, the sheets had obvious sweat stains from previous guests, the sheets smelled of sweat. There were also human hairs in the bed. After requesting a complete change of sheets, only the sheet was changed and a change of bed linen was pretended. During communication with the Pleiku Homestay staff about the condition of the room, I was told what to expect for the money, that the accommodation was cheap. The pillow was moldy. The towels were dirty. The air conditioning was not working properly. It was also impossible to take a shower, and only after I had to contact the accommodation again was the water turned on. I asked the owner to come to the accommodation and resolve the whole situation, I was told that I should rest and that everything would be resolved tomorrow, that it was already late in the evening (9:30 PM). But how can a person sleep in such dirt and mold without endangering their health. Therefore, I left Pleiku Homestay and went to another hotel. I immediately asked the owner for a cash refund so that this problem could be resolved as quickly and easily as possible. The owner constantly promises something and then, after consulting with another person, changes his position. I recommend everyone to avoid this accommodation, unprofessional service and absolutely no interest in resolving the whole situation to the customer's satisfaction. If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would.
