  Stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience. The breakfast and coffee were both delicious, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed, and the location is strategic and convenient around Rach Gia. Overall, a pleasant and satisfying stay.

  Good spot next to the ferry. Very pushy and odd rules. Felt like anyone staying there was a cash machine and not valued. Rach Gia is huge with countless hotels, we all have a choice to make. Rooms are large and clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. It's an 8 minute walk to the ferry from the front door.

  It is very new, it is built and equipped in accordance with Western quality and style. We were here 2 nights, in separate rooms, visiting the island Nam Du in between. The rooms were spacious and clean . The staff was professional, provided orrect service. Not overly talkative, overly interacting, just adequate service. Good ! The location is still a bit out of the way, a newly built area, not many eateries and coffeeshops around. Hopefully the area will develop. We had a very nice experience. Some remarks : - Breakfast time was from 06.30 - 08.30. we had a bowl of noodles, tea, and coffee. After eating I asked for a second cup, but the reply was "sorry, after 08.30" already. This while the bartender was still oresent, and the table had to be cleaned. This is not western-style customer attention. - There is a noise the whole day and night in some rooms of a water pump: ka-boom, ka-boom, ka-boom. It is not VERY loud, but in the quiet of the night it is still a bit annoying. A modern electronic booster pump does not have this issue. All-in-all 3.5 Western stars, 4 Vietnamese.

  Their service is good. The staffs are friendly and supportive. The room is a bit small if you stay 2 people. The facilities are old, got many dirt and stains with some minor damage, kind of downgraded. The only thing is the room looks cozy. Location is a bit separated from city center, but not very far. It takes about 10-15 mins drive. But good thing is it’s quiet at night. They provide breakfast with coffee. Not really recommended the noodles cuz the pork tasted bad, like being frozen for too long. It will be safe to choose fried egg and bread.

  I booked a Deluxe room for 3 nights. The room is spacious and has a balcony. Nice comfy bed. However, the breakfast is very basic. The room on day 2 and 3 has a strong odour from the bathroom. The hotel was advised of the issue but staff were not equipped to resolve the issue. On our last day we found ants in our bed. Whilst the hotel is fairly new, I feel it needs a good deep clean.

  Great location for the Phu Quoc Ferry. ||Large clean room and friendly staff. ||Our air conditioning unit was leaking, as it couldn't be fixed the young lady on reception was very efficient and arranged for us to swap rooms.||Excellent value. Would happily recommend for a one night stay. Beautiful Christmas decorations too

  We stayed with a family of 4 in December and it definitely felt comfortable for a 12 day stay in Vietnam. Spacious room with air conditioning which is a must in VN! |The staff were friendly and tentative, the area was quite quiet and accessible to local towns for food, or a short walk to the ferry wharf if we commuted to Phu Quoc.|My only feedback is to be mindful of the bathroom and cleaning of the bathroom/toilets/basin more. The shower had traces of rust on the metal linings and in corners of the showers, there was spider webs and bugs. ||Also, there was a lack of toilet paper daily, so we often had to ask the front desk. |Regardless, I look forward to coming back and staying at this hotel when I visit Vietnam again, so I hope you take this into consideration for customers and frequent travellers. Thank you for your understanding, cooperation and care!

  Very near the port so ideal for ferry to the islands. New and clean. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. They even gave us some luck money.
