  Decent cafe with a nice vibe, high ceiling, and good drinks. It usually gets packed with young locals, so the atmosphere feels lively and popular. The only downside is the seating setup in the AC room. There are only two really good tables, while most of the others are small round ones that are not very practical. Still, it is a solid place to stop by if you want a good drink and do not mind a busier crowd.

  It's the second time I have visited this café. The first time was on a Saturday evening about 3 months ago. I didn't like that experience because of the crowds, the noisy atmosphere, and the bad internet connection, which was probably caused by too many people using it at the same time. Today I visited Rach Gia again and decided to come back here despite having many other choices. It's Sunday afternoon, and I feel everything is much better: the internet connection, the music, the atmosphere... and the nice staff. I'm happy with my decision to return. Hope your business continues to do well! You guys is one of the best in this city. P/s: I'm just writing in English because I'm learning it,not for any other reason.

  The drinks and overall vibe of the place are amazing — truly a highlight! However, I believe there’s room for improvement in cleanliness and customer service. During my visit, I noticed a cobweb on the ceiling, located directly above a customer dining area and near the kitchen. I felt it was important to raise this concern with a staff member — a young lady wearing glasses — as it seemed like a simple issue to resolve. Unfortunately, her response was quite defensive; she told me it was “the style of the coffee shop.” I found this reply quite surprising, as cleanliness should always be a priority in any food and beverage establishment, regardless of stylistic choices. I understand this may have been an oversight, possibly due to how busy the venue is, and I don’t believe it reflects the intention of the management. However, I was disappointed by the staff member’s attitude and felt it detracted from the otherwise enjoyable experience. I hope the manager or owner can look into this matter. A quick review of cleanliness standards and some customer service training could help ensure a better experience for all guests moving forward.

  Domyoy have a toothpick? 'nonwe don't have any' 100 seat coffee shop that sells food. And doesn't have any toothpicks ....... RIDICULOUS....... One star
