  The supermarket is large, spacious, and offers a wide variety of products. The staff are very helpful and supportive.

  The selection was great. I had a chance to buy the ingredients to make cheese steak subs for my friends. Their selection was outstanding and you could get a lot of household items.

  Good selection of items and great prices. Lots of offers. Sells lots of things and not just food. You can get some great bargains.

  Living in rural Vietnam it is often difficult to source western ingredients which are commonly used in cooking at home or without sugar. We went to the co-op in HaTien and they didn't have much. When we arrived here we we're overjoyed to be able to purchase cheese, butter, cream and yogurt without sugar. There are many other options you can purchase similarly across small shops throughout the south. However this is a great one stop shop and I was happy to make the one hour journey north to be a little more comfortable in rural Vietnam.

  This place reminds me of the Costcos in North America. They have vast amount of product including meats and fresh fish.They do not have a restaurant for coffee and snacks, neither do they have a proper resting place for customers-only a few chairs. Check out process at the cashier takes longer than normal time as a long winded fully described invoice is printed out by a dot matrix printer as a receipt.

  LOCATION. In a good and centralized location in the city of Rach Gia. PARKING. Spacious and easy parking when compared to other establishments. However, suggestion; They need SIGNS to clearly show where the entrance/exit is. ENVIRONMENT. Clean environment. Products are decently organized. STAFF. The Management is clearly subpar. Because the employees gave us the impression of being lazy and inattentive. Further, when we gave them feedback about the parking being better located in the opposite door, the employee looked at us like they were zombies? SERVICE. Non-Efficient produce weighing and pricing. When we were checking out, we had to LEAVE the items at the cashier and had to walk the lemons back to the area we picked it up from and had to look for the weighing/pricing machine that was kind of hidden in the opposite corner. Terrible system! ::: It was our first time there. And we are not coming back anytime soon. Again, the Management has a terrible mentality, thus the employees reflects the same lazy attitude when dealing with customers! Strong Suggestion: Replace the Management NOW!
