It was perfect and great value for money. I had just arrived after a long bus ride after staying on an island with no power, air-con or Wi-Fi. So you can imagine my joy when I was welcomed by a warm smile and incredibly a free upgrade to a privet room with my very own air-con. Could not of been better the location is great, staff are lovely and very helpful and offer free transportation to the port which I took advantage of. I would definitely recommend. They also have a rooftop hangout area with a great view

The room was really good and i manage to sleep very well. Nevertheless they never clean my room in 5 nights i stayed there. Also last day i asked for a taxi which took around 15 minutes to arrive and i missed my bus connection to HCMC. Also the taxi driver tried to scam me taking me to another side of the city different from the main bus station which is near to the hotel. Hopefully i had google maps and could check what he was doing while he acted like stupid don’t knowing where is the main bus stop. Careful

Terrible hotel. It's only a hostel, not a hotel with a rude owner. I book 3 families room from Agoda but when I came, they said they don't have enough room and asked me to wait until 6 PM. Please advoid this hotel, because there is a lot of hotel near by better.

Charged us by card at reservation, AND cash upon arrival! I want my refund on booking!! 🤬This place was overbooked without telling us, they brought us to another dirty place, far, no Grab available at night or early morning, no restaurants around, 35 minutes walk with our bags and suitcase to the ferry! Shared dirty bathroom, rusty keys that don’t fit in the sockets so impossible to lock our room, SERIOUSLY?! 2 months in beautiful Vietnam and worse service ever! It is YOUR responsibility to advise costumer when your place is full, YOU cancel and WE search somewhere else! No WhatsApp number to contact you, no email, and impossible to “contact the property” on booking! What a sad and frustrating SCAM! (2 weeks later you write here you will 100% refund me, but my invoice on booking.com was declined by you…and now booking emailed me you refused to do the refund)

Hell Hostel !! I booked this hostel because it was the cheapest in the area, but I deeply regret it. The reasons are endless, but mainly as follows: No daily cleaning whatsoever, so hair was scattered all over the floor. I had to sweep it myself. The shower drain was clogged, forcing me to shower with my feet submerged in dirty water on the floor. I also had to clean the drain myself. Every room had massive mosquito infestations; you had to be prepared to catch malaria to stay there. Construction work in another room went on until late at night, making it impossible to sleep due to the noise. Staff blasted karaoke in the common area late at night, preventing sleep. When I complained, they snapped back that this was normal in Vietnam. The location is far removed from town, making it impossible to easily go out for shopping or meals. (friendly reply) Your criticism is off the mark. Are you suggesting running the AC for 24 hours or relaxing and watching TV in public areas are prohibited? That's not listed in the accommodation terms, is it? Besides, I was watching TV until around 2 AM at the latest. Writing it as 3-4 AM is blatant exaggeration. I never want to stay at this hellish hostel again—a place that doesn't protect guests' safety but instead wakes them up at 2 AM to hunt down the culprit behind negative comments. Anyway, do your best to manage the business.
