  Tạm ổn cho mức giá phòng, Khách sạn cần chú ý chăm chút hơn các công cụ dụng cụ trong phòng thêm.

  Stayed here a total of 8 nights. Pros: - Staff always had a positive, happy attitude. - Within walking distance to a variety of different restaurants, cafes & activities. - We enjoyed having breakfast next door most mornings—convenient, yummy & affordable! Cons: - Wifi did not work most of the time even though we mentioned the issue to 3 different receptionists (twice). - Walls are very very thin; kept hearing sounds of dripping water + toilet flushing from the floor above. - There is no hot running water in the sink or the shower.

  Vị trí trung tâm, khách sạn bên ngoài nhìn sang trọng. Phòng nhỏ, ẩm, thấp, mùi hôi ẩm mốc rất khó ngủ. Chăn ga gối ẩm hôi, khăn rách cũ dính vết bẩn đỏ trên khăn. Kệ gương tolet bẩn đen, tolet ko sạch, mùi hôi cống.

  LOCATION. Is good. Next to perhaps the “funnest” spot in the area (Phu Cuong Park). *However, other than this, EVERYTHING else is poor/bad within this “Happy” hotel. PARKING. Not good at all! They all park their motorbikes inside the reception area and RIGHT NEXT TO THE ELEVATOR. *The vehicles’ exhaust/fumes coupled with poor ventilation - is definitely unhealthy not only for their staff, but to all their guests as well. Further, indeed, it downgraded their “class” as it is NOT appealing to the eyes of any guest(s) seeing such a sight. **You would feel “this place should not be a hotel”. It should only be for a typical family that perhaps can tolerate living there. ROOMS & ENVIRONMENT. Small and thin walls. Elevator is very small, unventilated, and slow. *Again, the parking of motorbikes (inside and next to the reception area), its exhaust/fumes will its way up to each floor via the elevator and stairwells - perpetually. Unhealthy. STAFF. Generically “respectful”. But not attentive. Again, the impression is that this place should NOT be a hotel. SERVICE. Simply put, the feel is “1-2 star” service. Our group booked 2 rooms. Checked in 09 July, 2024. *STRONG NOTE PLEASE: Two nights later we checked out on the 11th (around 2pm) and were charged ALMOST 100% for the THIRD FULL night! *And the hotel was NOT full at all! **Considered UNFAIR & DECEPTIVE. Because for only approximately VND 80k more, would have paid for a full THIRD night! ***From a business standpoint; Also considered very foolish because this creates natural “animosity” with their guests/customers. WE WILL NOT RETURN. FURTHER, WE DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL. *There are many other options and hotels around the area. STAY AWAY!
