  Rooms are all freshly redone and very clean. The service is very friendly and the location is basically walking distance to everything you need or would want to see.

  This was our second stay at the resort. The first time was before we went to Phu Quoc, and we had the top floor river facing room, which was fantastic. And the breakfast was amazing! We liked it so much that we stayed here again on our return from Phu Quoc. This time, we chose a garden facing room, which happened to be on the second floor facing the dining area. It was pleasant enough, but I was woken up very early in the morning as we could hear the staff preparing for breakfast. Just something to note if you are choosing between a river facing or a garden facing room. Otherwise, everything else was near perfect

  Stayed one night before ferry to Phu Quoc. Good location next to an upmarket mall with a supermarket and eateries. Also easy to walk along a promenade with coffee shops and restaurants. Nice hotel, pleasant reception staff and lovely pool. Bar and restaurant are through the pool area and are lit up beautifully at night. Breakfast area is beautiful but breakfast choice a little limited for western palates. Rooms nice but a little worn in places. Had fridge/coffee & TV. Some negatives: Air conditioning barely worked and using the shower floods the bathroom.

  Abit hard to find this place entrance with the whole gate 1-2. Abit dated but still a reasonable 4 stars hotel, would probably say it’s the best one in the city. I stayed with the miss before we went to Phu Quoc, this hotel is very close to the ferries port, vincom and the sea water. I found the buffet selection average, could probably do slightly better and have bit more western food as well

  A great stay at Hoa Binh hotel in December 2025, but ruined by a mistake by the front desk team member which ended up costing us over USD100. Would recommend being very careful with your booking as the front desk staff are not very well trained. Would stay again still. 🌟🌟🌟

  Long story short: after a 3-hour drive from Châu Đốc, we arrived at Hòa Bình Restaurant & Hotel around 3:00 PM, only to be told at reception that our pre-paid reservation made via Hotels.com had been canceled. The staff claimed that someone else had canceled “our” booking. When we asked to see proof, they showed us a written cancellation request—from Traveloka (a platform we never used)—for a guest with the same name but a different booking number, a different number of guests, and a different room category and rate. We clearly showed them our Hotels.com app, which confirmed that no cancellation had ever been initiated by us. Despite this, the hotel manager, Mr. Tuấn, insisted that we would have to pay again if we wanted to stay. We refused. After already driving 3 hours, we had no choice but to get back on the road and drive another 3 hours to a different city to find accommodation. We are now waiting for a full refund from Hotels.com. The inconvenience and frustration were significant—but we had no option but to swallow it and move on.

  This is now my favorite place whenever I travel to Rach Gia (at least twice a year, 1-2 weeks each time)||Staffs are very friendly and professional as expected. Keep it up!||Morning buffets have variety of foods (I stayed long enough to see when the next same food cycle start, usually 2 or 3 days)||Location is excellent! It now has the central plaza right across the road. Super convenient!||Room: I had visited this hotel for about 5 times already, and I stayed in many various room types (garden view, sea view, suite). All are great! Nothing to complaint! ||Washing service: all good but I don't like the cheap perfume on the clothes after wash. I'd prefer no perfume instead.||Overall: 4.5/5|Highly recommended if you need a convenient place to stay.||Nearly meet all of my expectations for a 4 star resort in a small city like Rach Gia

  Stayed 1 night before taking ferry to islands. Great location. Near to ferry port and restaurants. Nice pool and great breakfast. Comfortable stay
