  It’s been a while since i came back to my mother land. This hotel offered me a warm welcome along with the nicest service possible. The room is also at the topnotch condition. The staff always supports me whenever needed with professionalism and dedication. Ja will now become my go-to place whenever i come back here.

  The hotel's comfort and service are good. I stayed in a ground-floor room, but sometimes I could hear quite a lot of noise from the ceiling—sounds of furniture being moved. Overall, it's still a good stay. The swimming pool is smaller than I expected.

  Modern and spacious feel in the rooms, with a kitchen and large gathering table on the 3rd floor between 3 rooms. Refrigerator is an extra charge. Some staff speak English and were very helpful when we lost our key. Comfortable beds, comfortable stay overall.

  I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and super comfortable! The staff were also incredibly friendly, provided excellent service, and were extremely helpful throughout my stay. There are so many shops, restaurants, and even an amusement park nearby (about a 5 min walk away), so there's always something to do and explore while you're here! Not to mention that the breakfast/cafe next door offers amazing food, drinks, and authentic Vietnamese cuisine (the avocado shake and bun bo hue were my favourites). I'll definitely be coming back here when I visit my family in Vietnam!:)

  In my whole trip to vietnam for 3 weeks - this was the best hotel ever. They are listed as a 3 Star hotel but they deserved 5 Star. Thanks for everything! For my next stay in Rach gia - I will book this hotel again!!

  I booked a one-night stay in a suite via an OTA and only realized at check-in that I had selected the wrong date. Fortunately, the hotel still had availability and was flexible enough to accommodate me, which I genuinely appreciated from an operational standpoint. The room itself was well-maintained — spacious, clean, and nicely appointed with modern amenities, delivering a comfortable stay overall. Breakfast was simple but adequate, with a choice of one main dish and one beverage. Service-wise, the initial interaction was strong — the front office team was friendly, attentive, and solution-oriented. However, there seemed to be a lapse in shift handover communication. I had requested a late check-out of around 30–45 minutes and was verbally approved upon check-in, but the following day, a different staff member called to enforce the standard check-out time and only allowed a 15-minute extension (until 12:15), which was inconsistent and a bit disappointing. Overall, the experience started off well and remained positive for the most part, though slightly impacted towards the end. The service recovery effort helped, but consistency in communication would make a significant difference.

  Booked for 6 nights, but checked out after 2 nights because my room didn't have any hot water available for showers. The rooms are very nice, beds comfortable and lovely staff, but to not have consistent hot water for guests is not acceptable. The hotel staff said the reason for this is because there are so many guests, the hot water doesn't work as well. The instructions were to run the water for 10 minutes - I thought it was joke. Imagine running water for 10 minutes every time before showering. I ran the water for 20 minutes and the water was still cold. I mentioned to Ja hotel on day 1 about the problem, but their attempts to fix it was unsuccessful. I hope they fix the issue because it's such a shame to have such a nice hotel without proper working water for guests.

  Good location, direct access to a very lively public square on foot. The cafe has good drinks. Rooms are very spacious and comfy.Bathroom can be improved for those who prefer greater privacy as there is no door between the bathroom and bedroom
