  This hotel is so close to the port so it’s convenient if you get the boat. The hotel is simple but clean, enough for my demand. The staff here is so so friendly and kind. Extremely recommend!

  Excellent, staps are super friendly and easily to talk to. I am in love with this place, have recommended my friends to come and stay here. Deffinately, will come back and stay for more next time I have chance travelling to Rach Gia City.

  Located in a new modern resident area close to the harbour about 500m. Reasonable room size. Price is cheap. Clean and new building. There is no lift unfortunately.

  Three stars because of pros and cons: (+) staff helpfulness and politeness, proximity to pier, location and walking distance to the main island (in future this will be a modern touristic area - under construction now) price is relatively low, but (-) "standard room" is tiny and windowless, with no space for luggage and an AC directly over a pillow At its best, it is a moderate value for money

  The big room is quite pricey, 450,000 vnd. I refused the standard room (250,000) because it was small and it feels cramped because of the color choices of the beddings. The bigger room is spacious and comfortable. It looks out to the sea and the wide open street but it was a bit dusty and there was a plant in the bathroom that gathers mosquitoes. The tea kettle was not clean. It seems that it has been long that there was anyone who stayed there. Also, the shower faces the sink and the toilet so you have to adjust it on the head that it showers where you can stand comfortably. But I commend the staff for for responsive and friendly. The location is about 300m from the port.

  Staff are friendly, but not all of them are friendly. Good price but too basic, no hair dryer, no minibar. It takes about 5 minutes to turn on hot water. Very convenient location

  Questionably bad business ethics from the management of this establishment. They should be removed from all booking sites and prohibited from ever joining. Travellers should boycott and avoid this accommodation "un-provider". They accept and confirm ALL & ANY bookings from any source, then the rooms are given to those who arrive first....the others (like me) are told upon arrival that they are "sold out". Even though they still had the "Còn phòng" sign up. When I questioned the owner, he said that those rooms are only rented hourly....you can only guess what they are used for???? Which also makes me question the safety aspect of the hotel.

  They don't honour confirmed bookings and will sell your room to other guests if it's in their best "more profitable" interest. They will have spare rooms but these are only rented out per hour.....makes me wonder why type of clientele rents a hotel room by the hour 🤔 - I can only think of one 🚨
