  I had a wonderful vacation here. What I liked most was the room — clean, airy, and honestly super clean. The staff, from security to housekeeping, were extremely enthusiastic and friendly. I will definitely come back here next time.

  Location is convenient within walking distance to winmart, restaurants, and spas. Staff were friendly and responded promptly to guests' requests.

  Great little hotel in the heart of Rach Gia! I stayed here for one night before taking the speedboat to Phu Quoc and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, aircon worked well, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet area but still close to everything – local food, cafes, and the pier are all nearby. I could walk or grab a short ride to most places. Highly recommended if you're stopping by Rach Gia!

  4 out of 5 was because it was a little pricey for the room .. yes it had luxurious feel but the details were not satisfactory.. ei shower head was pointing outward too much when resting on the shower set resulting in getting the entire bathroom getting all wet... and my shower was not decided from the rest of bathroom like other rooms.. Room felt small even with the minimum furnitures they had.. but balcony help getting good view of the sea.. just too bad that it was raining during my stay.. so balcony did not help.. It was worth a 600k stay and not a 800k stay

  Ấn tượng đầu tiên là tòa nhà màu trắng theo phong cách tân cổ điển cực kỳ hoành tráng và nổi bật. Vào bên trong sảnh thì không gian rất lịch sự, sạch sẽ, thơm tho. Phòng ốc: Thiết kế đẹp mắt, trang thiết bị mới và được dọn dẹp rất kỹ càng. View: Hướng thẳng ra biển, không gian chill và thoáng đãng, cực kỳ thích hợp để nghỉ dưỡng.

  진짜 첫 이미지가 끝인 호텔이네요 건물이 이쁘고 깔끔할거 같아서 예약했지만 체크인때 확인도 안되고 우선 그건 괜찮다 생각했어요 하지만 방안에는 개미들이 너무 많아서 제 짐을 어디에 둬야할지 모를 정도였어요 그리고 체크아웃할때 진심...어이없는게 맥주를 안좋아하고 안마셨는데 저보고 하나 마셨으니 3만동을 내라고 하더라고요 그래서 나는 안마셨다 하니깐 리셉션에 있던 사람 표정이 의심이 가득한 표정이더라고요 본인들이 청소하고 안채워놓고는 나보고 먹었다고 돈내라고 하는게 어이없었고 체크아웃할때 사용한것도 확인하지만 손님이 놓고 온 물건도 있는것을 체크하고 가지고 내려와야하는건데 당일 샀던 폼클렌징 새것과 제가 자주쓰는 비싼 엠플이 있는데 다른지역에 와서 생각났네요 그것도 손님에게 안가져다주고 청소부들이 챙겨가겠죠?이게 서비스가 맞나 싶을 정도로 불쾌해서 이렇게 리뷰로 남겨요 솔직히 좋은글만 쓰는데 계속 생각할수록 기분이 나쁘고 다시는 안가고 다른사람들이 알았으면 하는 마음에 리뷰씁니다 제가 물건을 못챙긴것도 잘못이지만 서비스라면 손님이 필요 없건 필요하건 놓고 왔다면 먼저 가지고와서 주는게 맞다고 생각해요 직원들 교육이 더 필요한것 같습니다
