Update March 2026 : We were in Rach Gia, again. Passed the hotel, but it is not there anymore. Empty building. --- A very new 3-star hotel, Western style. It is located quite far from the center of Rach Gia, in a very new district, many Villa's, rows of Villa's with shops underneath (shophouses). The entry, reception, and ground floor are modern, well-designed, all tiles and shiny. The room is quite spacious. We chose a room at the back, much more spacious than the front rooms with balcony. It fits 2 beds for 2 adults each. The floor is a high quality of tiles. Beautiful. There is no dimmable light or night light, but the main light consists of diffused light (part of the ceiling hides it) or very bright light . Between the beds there is a night table with a decorative lamp. At the wall opposite the beds there is a wardrobe, good quality, spacious, and a long good quality desk. There are 2 chairs with a round table for sitting, reading etc. There is a small refrigerator, located within a cupboard with a tray with a tea set beverages and water boiler. There was no noise from outside, nor from other guests. The bathroom is spacious, beautiful. Between the shower and the toilet + lavabo there is a glass separation, with a glass slide door. The shower has its own drain. Everything is clean. There is no parking area for your car or motorcycle, except on the street or on the sidewalk against the wall of the hotel. Motorcycles will be brought into the lobby during the night, by the security guard. The receptionist is friendly, as can be expected. All-in-all 9 points for this 3-star hotel.

We stayed there 4 nights 26 Oct - 29 Oct 2024. Room is fairly large, balcony with a great view. Mattress is hard, I think it's normal for Vietnam. They have minimal staff but reception is manned 24hrs. It's s a shame the rooms aren't sound proof, given they are not old. New constructions should have these features. You can hear people in the corridors. Again, Friendly staff. We stayed there 4 nights. It's a shame the surrounding buildings are empty, abandoned and neglected. Looked like a financial ruin. For 2 consecutive nights there were no hot water after 9pm. Their toilet in reception does not flush. They are aware of this. Don't know when they will fix it.

Book at your own risk. Reservation confirmed via email but reject check in. I made booking online and received confirmation for 2 night stay. Upon arrived at 7pm, i wanted to check in the hotel, to my surprised, the hotel staff told me all fully booked and no room. Even with my booking ID, he still refused to assist me further and ask me to cancel myself in the online website. And i found out that if i cancel online, i need to pay 1 night because i initial the cancel. I have to made so much call to cancel and havw to collect my luggage and walk around to ask for a room so that i can rest.
