Room size is big. Daily room cleaning, fresh towels AirCon is cold , fridge size good. Hot water and shower is good. Bed Comfortable. Hotel can do with some renovation. Good value for money. Will come again.

Everything was old and broken. Room had a bad smell, terible stone hard bed, lots of broken lamps and a broken and cold shower. I had a quick look around and found that the top floor of the hotel was completely destroyed. Must have been a nice place once upon a time but now is ripe for going out of business. Terrible hotel, avoid.

Run down Hotel. Smells bad. Reception tries to cheat Booking.com's confirmation and surcharge 25%. There are plenty of good places around.

Good cheap hotel but it is amongst the back street. Owners and staff do not speak much English and it is hard to communicate with them. The rooms were spacious and clean, Numerous places to eat and it is near a large supermarket where you can stock up on snacks.

Okay I stay for one night with a friend. The room was very nice and clean, I was on level 11, which had a nice view. There's hot water!!, they had a swimming pool, small work out area and a restaurant, food at the restaurant was pretty good 4/5 price was cheap. Over all the hotel room was very good price was 530,000 dong a night that's with 2 big beds, stuff was helpful... Oh and there's a massage parlor there.

Sea Star hotel is super cheap in price (15$), the room looks new, super clean, nice people at the reception.... but, it's 7km from the bus station and there is nothing around. Difficult to find a restaurant. You have to walk around a bit, but finally we found good Pho. Hopefully, the internet is good to pass the time. Good place for one night before taking the boat to the Island of Phu Quoc. Take into consideration that the hotel is cheap but to get to the hotel you will have to pay a meter taxi about 6$ and then same price to get back to the bus or the ferry.

This is a very nice property located away from the downtown area of Rach Gia. I had to ride up and down the street several times until I found it as Google Maps couldn't pinpoint the address. I was able to communicate okay with the staff and on my second visit found someone who spoke great English. ||||The room was very large and comfortable with all the needed amenities. I did have a problem with the shower hose on my first visit, but nothing major. ||||I would definitely go back to this property.
