The hotel offers excellent value for money in Rach Gia, where it can sometimes be difficult to find truly pleasant places to stay. This one combines many positive aspects for a very reasonable price. The mattresses are very comfortable, which is a real plus. The café next to the hotel, which belongs to the property, is particularly enjoyable. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy an excellent salted coffee. We liked it so much that even when we were staying at another hotel, we kept coming back just to spend time there. One slightly inconvenient point though quite common in Rach Gia — is the difficulty of booking in advance through international platforms such as Booking, Agoda, or Trip.com.

I was a bit worried when I first got referred to this hotel by my tour guide (as I got bad hotel experience two nights before I came here from the same tour guide). And I can tell you, I was impressed with everything from the room style, the cleanliness and the staff. The staff were amazing especially the security fellow and the receptionist - Tran. They both were helpful and friendly. Tran helped me to book a cab for dinner, she recommended me couple places to eat in town. And because I came a bit later on the day, she was rushing to help me with my laundry to ensure I could have everything ready before my departure. She went above and beyond from what I expected. What a happy and super helpful lady!!! I've been in Japan and I missed their room style so when I got the rooms here, I was super happy with the design. The only downside is they don't have an elevator. The security guy will help with luggages but I feel bad for him to carry those luggages for me. Also, it is a bit far from all the restaurants so you need to book a cab to go into town for food. It however doesn't cost much, around $80k each way to the restaurants area. Highly recommend this place to anyone who comes to Rach Gia. The place is so clean and the staff are wonderful. Also it is 200 m walking distance to the express boat.

It’s nice to have a hotel of this aesthetic in a small town like Rach Gia. The rooms are clean, and the hotel is fairly well-maintained. The only complaint I would have is about having to carry my luggage up to the third-floor upon arrival. (I believe the dormitories are on the 2nd floor while the private rooms are on the 3rd.) Of course, you cannot expect five star service in a hotel like this (yet alone Vietnam), the staff haven’t been trained to that level, but generally , the stay is decent. Staff try their best to accommodate guests. Although a little bit out of town, outside of the GrabCar service area, and far from the famous restaurants in town, this hotel would still be my first pick if I ever come back to Rach Gia. Proximity to the Superdong, a beer spot nearby and coffee on the ground floor. The only thing missing is a rice paddy out the window (instead it’s just a barren construction site). Pro tip: if you happen to come home after midnight, and the front door is shuttered, there is a door bell that will summon the staff to let you in.

It’s a very new hotel and it’s very clean. Enjoyed my stay there.1 minus point is the restaurant across the street play loud music till late night. Otherwise, a very nice hotel.

It’s far from Japanese standard, so the name is a misleading way. There are few parking spaces in front of the hotel, so it’s ok.

This is an excellent hotel for an overnight, especially if you have an early morning ferry to the islands as it’s a short walk away to the boats. We had incredibly helpful service to get ferry tickets.

The rooms were tidy and stylish and the bed was comfortable. But the door didn’t lock properly and the Internet was so slow that I had to turn it off and use my streaming. The AC function but barely enough to keep the room cool even on the highest setting. There is a useless monitor in the room but no fridge but the room does have a kettle. BUT this is literally right across the street from the ferry terminal so the location is great.
