  I developed an eye infection during my stay and found HoiAn Clinic online – luckily! I contacted the clinic via WhatsApp and received a prompt, friendly and helpful response. What impressed me the most was that the doctor came directly to my hotel very quickly, even though it was located a bit outside the city. He already had all the necessary medication with him, so I could be treated immediately. The overall service was outstanding: professional, reliable, and incredibly convenient. If I had any further questions, I could easily reach out again via WhatsApp. There were no hidden costs, and I was provided with all the necessary documentation to submit to my health insurance. I can highly recommend HoiAn Clinic – truly a five-star experience!

  Even though the clinic is currently undergoing construction, they quickly answered my message and were able to see me just around the corner. The doctor is super friendly and fast. Highly recommend!

  Dr pham came to our unit straight away today and was wonderful. He was kind, professional and very knowledgeable. He was thorough and such a lovely doctor. We would highly recommend using the clinic if you are a traveller and need medical attention. Thankyou Dr pham fir you wonderful care

  26 May 2026: Was looking around for a clinic/doctor in Hoi An as I was having a stomach bug and it was only day 2/8 of my trip. Glad to have found Dr Hoai thanks to the great reviews from others. He replied my queries promptly through WhatsApp and came to my Airbnb within 30 minutes, checked my vitals and did a check up for me. Gave me a proper diagnosis & prescribed me medicines which he went to pharmacy after to purchase and arranged a grab to deliver it to my Airbnb. Managed to get an official doctor’s memo and receipt from him as well as I’m travelling and would be claiming insurance. 27 May 2026: Follow up through WhatsApp was pleasant as well as he’ll ask how are you feeling. Happy to report that I’m feeling much more energetic compared to yesterday. Overall a great experience with Dr Hoai’s service and care. Thank you!

  I popped in to see the doctor here and he was so lovely and reassuring. He cleaned a wound for me and let me know that it wasn’t ready to have the stitches taken out and wouldn’t charge me. A few days later, I got severe left side of abdominal pain and I messaged him and he said to go straight to the hospital for tests. Turns out that I had a cute diverticulitis and ended up in there for six days on IV antibiotics and four days of oral. Very good ignition highly recommended to ease any anxiety around any complaints.

  Very positive experience. Dr. Hoai Pham came to our hotel room, made a physical examination and took medical history. A nurse then came to take tests, and results were provided by WhatsApp within less than 2 hours. The physician provided complete paperwork for the insurance and treatment regimen. All done in sheer calm and quiet manner. Very polite and easy going. Relief was felt one day later already. Highly recommended!

  Dr hoaiphan was great. We sent a WhatsApp message at 6:30am. He responded 2 minutes later and was at our Airbnb in 45 mins. He immediately assessed my daughter. Next the nurse arrived 15 minutes later. We got his diagnosis and then went to the pharmacy. 4 drugs for $30. We need this service in the US.

  Great doctor! Was very thorough in his diagnosis, and answered all my questions and concerns. He speaks great English! We have had to visit a few doctors on our trip unfortunately, and he was definitely the best we have had!
