  I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Nguyen Dental Clinic in Nha Trang, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The equipment is state-of-the-art, and the facilities are top-notch. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail in terms of hygiene and sterilization. It's clear that Dr. Nguyen and his team take great pride in providing a safe and sterile environment for their patients.

  I had a very positive experience with this dental clinic. The quality of treatment was excellent - everything was handled professionally, and I’m very satisfied with the final result. The only area that could use some improvement is communication in messaging apps, as responses can sometimes be slow. Thank you to the team for the great work - I would definitely recommend this clinic.

  The Dr. Nguyên Dental Clinic in Nha Trang was a complete and pleasant surprise for me. I booked a teeth cleaning overnight and was made to feel very welcome, in a 5-star clinic where everything is perfect, from the staff, equipment, service, everything. I have nothing to say. The cleaning was done by a lady and an assistant who were super careful, caring, attentive, cuddly and sweet. The cleaning itself was the best I've ever had. I'm from Portugal (Europe) and I've never had such good service there as I've had at this clinic. No pain, a lot of patience and the best cleaning my teeth have ever had. I would definitely recommend this clinic for any dental service.

  The consultation and cleaning were good 😊 Also, painlessly and quickly extracted a wisdom tooth 🦷 They even provided with the medicine 💊 for 3 days to avoid complications. So far, so good. I’m planning to install an implant later, so will update the review 🔝 The staff are efficient, the doctor seems to know really well what he was doing. Thanks 🙏

  We go to this dental clinic together with my husband — and we’re very happy with it! Modern equipment, cleanliness, and a pleasant atmosphere. The doctors are true professionals — attentive and gentle. We completed all our treatments and had cleanings done — everything went perfectly. We’ll definitely keep coming back here!

  Had an amazing experience at Dr. Nguyen’s clinic! I needed to get my implant crown fixed and decided to get a teeth cleaning as well. Dr. Tam did a wonderful job fixing my implant. Completely painless and very quick! Dr. Tu did my teeth cleaning and everything went perfect as well! Great customer service from the first contact online and everyone in the clinic is so kind as well. Thank you so much for the amazing work you do!

  ⚠️ I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT anymore! 🦷 Six months ago, I had treatment here — I had my wisdom teeth removed and was very satisfied with the quality of the doctors’ work and the overall level of service. I especially want to highlight that at that time the clinic had a very attentive patient care manager. He checked in with me every day after the procedures, helped organize appointments, and quickly responded to all my questions via messenger. ✨ Thanks to this, the entire treatment process felt comfortable and reassuring. ⸻ However, six months later, when I decided to return to the clinic and brought my family for treatment, I noticed significant changes in the service quality. 📌 Firstly, the cost of services has increased by approximately 30–50%, while the level of patient support has clearly decreased. 📌 Secondly, the managers stopped responding promptly to messages — my requests in the messenger remained unread for two days. I had to come to the clinic in person just to make an appointment. After the consultation, I sent additional questions online again but never received a reply. 🙏 I sincerely hope that Dr. NGUYỄN will take note of this issue and reconsider how the support team communicates with patients. The clinic truly deserves a level of service that matches the professionalism of its doctors and its good reputation. ⸻ 👥 For tourists and visitors: Previously, I could confidently recommend this clinic for dental treatment in Nha Trang. However, considering the price increase and the decline in service quality, ‼️I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT anymore! 💡 If you are planning serious dental procedures — such as implants, crowns, veneers, or full-mouth restoration, I suggest exploring other dental clinics in Nha Trang. There are several modern, high-quality clinics in the city where you can receive excellent treatment and attentive service at a much more reasonable price. ✅ Due to these negative changes, my family eventually chose another clinic, where the treatment cost was noticeably lower, while the quality remained just as high.
