  Good hotel but expect noise. The sound proofing wasn't included in the design of this hotel.

  Good hotel in Thai Nguyen. Wasn’t sure to book based on some bad reviews but it was perfect for a night. Breakfast was good. Room was OK and I paid 585k for a rim with 2 beds and without a balcony. Good shower. Good location and lots of parking. Staff were really friendly.

  This is a nice and clean hotel. Very quiet too. The plants are charming. Staff is attentive. Limited breakfast due to low occupancy, which is understandable. I’ll stay there again if coming to Thai Nguyen (I had to move out of May Plaza to XHotel due to May Plaza’s poor construction quality of the room and the noise from all the aircon units outside)

  I had an amazing stay at X Hotel in Thai Nguyen. The hotel offers spacious, clean, and well-equipped rooms. The staff is professional and friendly, providing exceptional service throughout my stay. The location is perfect, right in the city center, which made it very easy to visit tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Thai Nguyen!

  The front desk staff women are not too welcoming or friendly. But the rooms and bed are much nicer then most other hotels. The beds are still hard, but not rock hard like other nearby hotels.

  For 3 months, we have traveled throughout Vietnam, sleeping in all types of accommodation. The cheap hotels, $8 US, have a hard cheap mattress. This hotel has the cheap mattresses. We checked in, paid, checked the beds, they were hard, we asked if there were any real mattress. They said no and sent a lady to put quilts on top. We waited and we tried mattress but it was still uncomfortable. We left and asked for refund. The hotel said because we checked they have to charge us an hourly rate 1,500,000.

  I don't recommend this hotel. The rooms are low quality, management has decided to cut corners to save costs. It can be seen in the quality of the mattress, it's as hard as a stone. If you like to sleep on the floor you can stay here, otherwise stay away. The hotel staff protect upper management, they take money and have low regard for their customers experience.

  A little shabby and rundown with the most uncomfortable beds and screaming chickens. |Travelled here for a moto expedition and while the staff are kind , this property is really showing wear and tear. The beds are painfully firm, the rooms weren’t overly clean and there were chickens squawking outside the windows so loudly all night and morning it kept several members of our group up all night.
