  I took my whole research team to Thai Nguyen and stayed at Kim Thai. It is such a lovely hotel. All staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Food was delicious. We loved their stir-fried rice and noodles. I have never met such a lovely and professional hotel owner as Ms Hong.

  Kim Thái Hotel in Thái Nguyên is a very good choice for a 3-star stay. The location is excellent, right in the city center and close to important places like the museum and Võ Nguyên Giáp Square. It is easy to move around and explore the city from here. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They are always ready to assist, which makes the stay more comfortable. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well maintained, giving a pleasant atmosphere for guests. The hotel also offers useful services such as free Wi-Fi, parking, and an in-house restaurant. Breakfast is available and adds convenience to the stay. For the price, the hotel provides strong value, making it suitable for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, Kim Thái Hotel delivers comfort, good service, and a great location. It is a reliable and satisfying place to stay in Thái Nguyên.

  Hotel is very central to the city. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean. The front desk staff spoke very good English. Laundry came back on time and was correctly done. I was there at the height of the pandemic so i think normally it woiuod have been an even better experience.

  The hotels location is generally convenient in town. The rooms are spacious and nice. The facilities also have a sauna and steam room at the massage area. My only issue was the staff did not turn on the sauna before my arrival that I had to select an appointment time. First, the staff tried a few times to have me go in when the temperature had barely reached 30 degrees. Then, my sauna session was interrupted a few times by the staff trying to usher me out. It seemed like the sauna time was to be limited by 15 minutes but it’s quite odd to me as obviously it’s a service you pay for. In my experience, if you pay for a sauna session you should be able to stay as long as you wish. In the end, the staff turned off the sauna before it reached 50 degrees and I just left with barely a sweat.

  The hotel is located near the city center. The facilities are quite old but very clean, and the room offers a nice view. The staff are enthusiastic and supportive. Breakfast is decent

  Excellent hotel. Great rooms, large underground parking area. The reception staff and the security guards were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very good.
