  We stayed at this hotel for a business trip, but unfortunately the service was terrible. The staff were aware that the Wi-Fi had serious issues, yet no one fixed it. I was unable to work at night due to the lack of internet. Even though my phone had 5G signal outside the hotel, once inside it dropped to only 3G. I reported this issue to the staff, but all I received was an apology. We don’t need apologies from a hotel ,we need proper service and real solutions.

  Room has no trash bin, no bathroom rug; very much decent; Staff behaviour shows that they have no understandings as well as willing to serve guests. Rather stay in a small hotel!

  Absolutely terrible hotel. Very very average room, terrible staff and noisy guests partying until late and yelling constantly.

The staff was welcoming and professional, always ready to assist with a smile.My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern decor and a very comfortable bed. The housekeeping staff did a great job each day. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water and coffee provided daily.The hotel offers a wide range of amenities. I particularly enjoyed The breakfast buffet was fresh and had a good variety of options.Overall, I’d definitely recommend for couples or families looking for a Good hotel in Thai Nguyen City.

  Staff attitude and hospitality should be improved, a welcoming atmosphere should be practiced….luggage assistance during check in and checkout should be part of the entire process.

  It’s a very comfortable place to stay, room size is big and it feels new. All good.

  So I come here for business travel will have a office here, the location is a little bit far from the center but the service is good. They have free laundry pick up, but it’ll be noisy at night. It seems a lot of activities or events in night and there’s karaoke.
