  I needed to do laundry quickly during my trip, and this shop delivered perfectly. The service was incredibly efficient with a very fast turnaround time. The drop-off and pick-up process was smooth, and communication was easy. Reasonable prices and excellent quality. It saved me so much time! 10/10!

  Smooth and transparent process! We dropped off our laundry and the first thing they did was to weigh it in front of us~ the prices are minimum 2 and 5kg so it'll be a pity if you're in the middle. Like what the other reviewers have said, prices can be found online, but it's always easier to be able to see them here~

  Lots to 💕about WASH&FOLD laundry. Same day or 1 day service, depending on size of your load. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend. To find, go to the end of the same alleyway as Hoa Vien Brewery.

  Excellent service! So easy to book and they picked up my laundry and dropped it off at the hotel front desk, without me waiting for them. They are the laundry ninjas! Efficient and so affordable! Clothes came back smelling nice and neatly folded. Thank you for an impeccable service! 👍👍

  I had an excellent experience with WASH&FOLD laundry service. The entire process was incredibly smooth and well-organized from start to finish. The online booking was simple and hassle-free. I just dropped off my laundry bag along with the payment at the reception, and everything was handled seamlessly from there. They picked it up, washed and neatly folded the clothes, and even returned the remaining change along with the order. What really stood out was how flawless and efficient the whole operation was. The service quality exceeded my expectations, it feel very professional and reliable. Truly impressed—this is how convenient laundry services should be!

  If you are a foreigner in Saigon and need your laundry doing, get these folks to take care of it. I paid about £6-7 (obviously depends on the kilograms) on my pick up and delivery laundry. Clothes came back to my hotel promptly, nicely cleaned. I think it’s quite cheap and competitive compared to other places. The online booking service is really easy to use too, and you can see the prices before ordering. 100% recommend.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this laundry service. I specifically paid for washing and ironing, yet my clothes were returned damaged. My shorts came back with holes in them, and several items were not even properly ironed despite charging extra for each pressed item. It honestly feels like they damaged my shorts, realized what happened, and then stopped caring about the rest of the order. Some clothes also changed color after washing, even though I clearly requested that everything be washed separately by color. Their solution was to ask me to bring the clothes back again. Do you really think this solves the problem? You were unable to follow basic washing instructions to prevent damage and color transfer in the first place. Very poor service. What is even worse is that they refused to take responsibility. I am attaching screenshots as proof. When you accept customers’ clothes, you should understand the responsibility that comes with handling them carefully. It would have been far better to admit you could not safely clean certain items than to ruin them and still charge the customer. This was a terrible experience. And on top of that, the total cost was around $25. Even the simplest $2 laundries in Indonesia have never damaged my clothes this badly. They clearly knew the clothes were damaged, yet they returned everything without saying a word and still demanded the remaining payment. The damage caused is worth far more than the entire cleaning bill. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.
