  We hired yamaha xmax 300 and cb 500x to do one way to Hội An , very easy pick up and drop off . Thanks Tuan . they also have gs 1300 and Arica twin

  As a traveler and content creator, I believe it is important to share honest experiences. We rented a scooter here to ride from Ho Chi Minh City to the Mekong Delta and informed the company in advance that we were going on a long trip. Soon after leaving, problems appeared. The seat was loose because the screw was not tightened, the next morning the scooter barely started, and later that evening the headlight started switching on and off while riding in the dark. We reported these issues. The scooter was supposed to have had recent maintenance, including an oil change, but the date on the oil change sticker suggested otherwise. When we tried to discuss the situation, the staff blamed us and treated us as if we did not know how to use a scooter. This is not our first rental. I have rented scooters in many countries across Asia and Latin America and never experienced problems like this. After returning, they asked via wapp what compensation we wanted, but once I requested a partial refund they stopped responding. Because of the safety issues and the unprofessional handling of the situation, I unfortunately cannot recommend this rental company.
