Never expected a place like this in TN. We were passing through and stopped for lunch - great variety of options. Solid fish and sushi, their udon was phenomenal too. I really enjoyed the seasoning. Staff was super polite and tried their best to make the food come out as fast as possible. Great lunch or dinner place if youre in town. Our Japanese friend really liked the food too.

Idk the sashimi looked dry, except the salmon. The rice was delicious. There aren’t much selection of sushi roll. I prefer another Japanese restaurant not far from this one’s
