  The floor is kind of wed and hard to dry up. Service is ok. Well, not too many options for the breakfast though.

  Homestay is absolutely stunning. You can see castle view. The rooms come with all the basic amenities, and the scenery is peaceful and beautiful. The hotpot is really delicious. The owner speaks English and is very kind, helping with everything — even calling a taxi for us. The atmosphere is lovely both day and night, very lush and relaxing. There are many room types to choose from, and the price is really good.

  15h chiều nhà mình nhận phòng. Đường lên thì rêu mọc đầy đi lại rất sợ trơn trượt. Vào thì nhân viên không niềm nở. Vào phòng thì bất ngờ hòa mình với thiên nhiên luôn có gián, muỗi và nhện, ốc sên, cửa sổ cửa kính thì hở cong vênh. Sau đấy thuê xe máy và đi chơi 1 vòng Tám Đảo. Và quyết định trả phòng thuê chỗ khác lúc 17h.

  Phòng bẩn thỉu và ẩm ướt. Lúc mình mới đến cô lao công mới dọn phòng xong, phòng chưa sạch sẽ, khô ráo đã để khách nhận phòng. Giá cả quá đắt so với chất lượng. Bồn tắm còn không có đủ nước ấm.

  I booked and paid through Agoda but when I arrived the room was already filled without any prior notice. ||||The staff said that's sales team's responsibility not their and let me wait. They even didn't say any sorry word until I got upset and leaved.||||They kept my contact and bank account to refund then nothing happend. When i backed to the city I had to call and ask about the refund and SURPRISINGLY they told me they lost the paper with my bank account and KEPT SILENCE @@ what a terrible experience

  I encountered several issues during my stay: there was no hot water available for showering, the environment was quite dusty, and the bed proved to be uncomfortable for sleeping. However, I found the food to be satisfactory. I recommend that the establishment consider upgrading the facilities.
