  Nearest hotel near Hanoi airport with best clean room and hospitality. Staff was really kind and helpful!🤍 I'm bringing my 2 dogs here with family and they allow us to stay. It's such a pleasant stay for pet lover like me. This place is absolutely recomended!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  The receptionist staff is very accommodating and kind. Offer convenience and very pleasant. He is super! I will surely recommend my friends on their future stay when in Hanoi. Location is pretty close from the airport which is less hassle as well.

  Great hotel, stayed in a private room that had comfy beds and everything you needed. I forgot some personal items at the hotel and the receptionist at the hotel brought a trusted driver to the airport to bring me my items! He was so attentive and helped me in the best way possible!

  The two gentlemen I met were so kind and sweet. Easy check-in and check-out, even at such a late hour with my flight getting into late and arriving after midnight. Even helped me carry my suitcase up to the room, as there are only stairs. So it's hard to write this review, but I want other travelers to be aware. After reading my positive reviews, I was surprised at the conditions of the room. At first glance it seemed cleaned—floor was shiny, bed nicely made, surfaces not dusty—but the more I looked, the more I was glad I was only staying a few hours total. The bathroom had a lot of build up of grime and black in the grout and corners of the bathroom. The foam drop ceiling was splattered in water stains and what looked to be mold. The vent fan was caked in dust and grime. There were open wires in a wet bathroom that had no protection from the shower. I was grateful to have my own sheets packed, as the bed had what appeared to be an old blood stain on it. There was no window, and the walls were very thin, and the hall echoing loudly. Thankfully, I was exhausted from a long day of travel and was leaving early, so go a few hours of sleep, as the mattress was at least soft. I hate writing reviews like this, but I think with some refreshes and cleaning, this would be as wonderful a stay as the people who run it. Thank you, still, for your generosity and having me.

  I arrived very late and was very tired from coming off a 6 hour bus ride. I handed the man at the front desk money to pay for my room and asked if I had given him enough. It can be so confusing with how big the bills are. He said yes and enough for an airport taxi. I said ok sounds good. He didn’t give me any change back … looking back I know I gave him way too much and I was definitely owed change. I was too tired to argue especially because at the end of the day he probably stole around $10 from me. It’s just about the principle of being honest to your customer this was the only time I was short changed in Vietnam. Finally in the morning the “airport taxi” was him and his personal car. It was all just a little odd. The room was fine, exposed wires in the bathroom which was odd and the hotel is very echoey so I woke up due to noise multiple times even with a fan on. Update: after my review, management reached out and offered me a refund of the amount taken, they also assured me they would look into the issue and talk to staff accordingly. So I’m updating my review from 1 star to 3

  The hotel located just 5mins away from the airport. The cleaniless is acceptable. But the washroom tiles are too slippery, easy to drip and fall. The hotel doesn't have the elevator, so we had carry our luggage up tp 3rd floor.They will provide simple breakfast too. Overall it's acceptable with the price.
