  Admire all the staffs here. Especially to Thuylinh, Thu Thuy, Hanh, Hieu. They are so nice and so kind. Best recommendation

  This hotel is quite new, it was opened in 2024, according to the staff there. Everything is well maintained, the design reminds guests of old French charm with modern touches of today's vibe. Staff is truly amazing, food is great, breakfast has got wide diversity and good quality. The location is also a key point worth mentioning, it is directly overlooking Tam Dao's main square where most entertainment and culinary activities happen. I highly recommend this hotel.

  I am writing this review not because I stayed in this hotel bút because the staff here is so nice that anyone would have written this. I would like to mention about my incident. I just visited this hotel out of curiosity just to see the construction of this hotel which looks very beautiful and attractive from outside. The staff of this hotel is so nice that they offered water as well as juice to me and my friends. One of the staff I would like to mention about is Ms Linh who went out of the way and helped me. My bike had ran out of petrol and I couldn't locate any petrol pump near by. Ms Linh helped me out of the way to find petrol. This girl is very beautiful but her heart is more beautiful. God bless her as well as her family. Thank you very much Ms Linh and hotel de I 'Amour for hiring such staff and I will definitely recommend my friends who visit Tam Dao. Take care.

  It was the best hotel in Tam Dao. The staff were very kind, and the swimming pool facilities were great. One of the lobby staff members, named Heo? (I’m not sure about the name), was also very friendly. I’ll definitely visit again next time! :)

  I am thoroughly impressed with this hotel. Starting with check-in: My family of eight arrived early in the morning before the official check-in time and left our luggage with the hotel. The bellman was extremely helpful to our entire family. The female receptionist on the day we checked in (December 2nd) was very polite and spoke excellent English. The breakfast selection was extensive. I ordered an omelet, but since it was taking a little time, I returned to my table to wait. The chef noticed and promptly informed a server, who then delivered the omelet directly to my table. I was deeply impressed by this unexpected level of service, which truly matched that of a 5-star hotel. My family and I dined at the restaurant on the first floor twice for both lunch and dinner. The Asian dishes we ordered were generally quite large—enough to share among 2-3 people. The food tasted excellent, especially the stir-fried vegetables. The pizza, however, was just acceptable. Overall, it is a great hotel for relaxation, and the indoor swimming pool is suitable for use in any season. However, some of the outlets, such as the bars, were not fully ready, so we didn't have the chance to use those services. Before our check-out day, the room next door was playing loud music early in the morning. I called the staff, and the issue was resolved quickly and appropriately. The staff even called back to follow up after resolving the problem. I truly felt their attentiveness and care. Thank you very much!

  Stay in Hotel on 12/3/2025 with Hanoi Daewoo Hotel Management Team for one night.. Definitely the best hotel in Tam Dao with spacious lobby with nice set up to welcome you during arrival and our arrival greeted by a friendly and warm hotel General Manager - Mr. Đoàn Tuần Hai. Well appointed / set up of guest room and spacious with amenities and nice bathroom. The bed is so comfy and the room cleanliness is excellent. During dinner great service provided by the service staff however the food can be improved in particular the beef served to us during dinner - overcook, the satay sauce for chicken skewer to much lemongrass taste and overpower the peanut taste. Thank you for organizing my Suhoor / early breakfast at 4.00am in the room it was great but to much for me. Overall great stay, thank you to the General Manager - Mr. Đoàn Tuần Hai and hotel staff for taking care of our group during our stay here.. will come back again. Excellent Service ⭐️

  We visited this hotel to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and welcome the new year. From the moment we checked in, we had a great start thanks to the friendly staff. During our stay at the hotel, we felt the small considerations and kindness, and they prepared a handwritten letter and cake in our room to celebrate our anniversary, which was so touching and a surprise. I also enjoyed the breakfast, especially the rice noodles. (I think it would have been better if there was fried chicken on the breakfast menu~) And the water in the pool was warm, so I enjoyed my morning swim. We will definitely visit again when we have a good opportunity. Thank you.

  Good location to church, waterfall, castle etc. I love their street Bbq outside the hotel! Yummy
