This might be the best resort in Pu Luong. It is not perfect though as there were some hiccups such as tricky door locks and not so clean pool. Staff is very friendly and does their best to accommodate guests. Note that there are steep stairs and no elevator. Choose your room carefully to get great views from balcony.

Absolutely lovely resort which has very convenient facilities and big lashy green territory with incredible Mountain View! The room had comfy bed with crispy new linens, pot for hot tea and bathrobe. Bathroom is very clean and has very hot water (which is very important for me as doctor), all the amenities. They cook very nice delicious food and we enjoyed with big nourishing lunch, dinner and European style breakfast. We eat set#2 and highly recommend it as healthy food 👌🏻 People are very servant, humble and polite. They also dried our cloth after rainy tour for free. Resort has also big pool and absolutely amazing view on rice field&mountains. As all these excited us a lot we decided to extend 2 more days. Highly recommend to stay here and we come back again.

What a great resort in the best location for exploring Pu Luong. All tour guides collected us from the reception and was easy to get everywhere from here. We were lucky to have the whole resort to ourselves for two days and the weather whilst hot was lovely to cool off in the pool after a days touring. Final night saw a large tourist group move in and it was a bit crazy with another 30 guests. They were very noisy and there to party. We were able to get accommodated for breakfast earlier than them and when the resort to ourselves we given menus and meals cooked for us. Dinner was plentiful and the food really good and as always far too much to eat it all but so delicious you have to try everything. Rooms were comfortable and very large. Views were spectacular for the third floor. Some maintenance issues are starting to show with the resort being 5years old and these will Need to be looked at to continue its excellent quality and standards. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed the comfort of our room with its small terrace to rest and enjoy the view. Unfortunately the weather did not allow us to enjoy the pool which is very beautiful (overflow pool overlooking the rice fields). Little extra: the immense kindness of the staff who tood to turn me over to Hanoi an object forgotten during my passage. A big thank you to them!

No one even spoke to me, Sat 25 minutes, no staff like it was deserted. Hmmm... asked about the restaurant and got a blank stare, no answer.

From my point of view, the Central Hills Resort is not a good fit for international guests. The receptionists don't speak English, although Google Translator was a good alternative. A big Vietnamese group had a loud concert in the hotel restaurant until after 9 pm and there was no isolation to the hotel rooms at all. The restaurant meals were good, however, there is only one option for lunch and one for dinner. The breakfast buffet is basic (mainly Pho and eggs).

Don't waste your time and money! The resort looks nice on pictures, but in reality, it's poorly maintained! The pool was very dirty and full of seaweeds! The restaurant/kitchen was closed, and there was no way to eat there except for the breakfast! The resort is badly located in the middle of nowhere, so it's impossible to get anything to eat during the day. There are no services at the hotel! The service was mediocre! There was nobody at reception, and the rest of the staff were napping all together in the afternoon as I was looking for service! The staff doesn't speak English... not even a few words so it was very difficult to communicate! Lots of insects in the room as well! Absolutely nothing positive! We decided to leave and go somewhere more suitable for our family! The staff refused to refund us for our two nights, which was very fustrating! Don't be fooled; find better-located and better-managed accommodation with at least some basic services!

The most beautiful views, very kind staff, delicious food and a beautiful pool make this hotel stay one of our favorites in Vietnam. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relatively luxurious stay in the middle of nature. We were especially impressed by the hotel support via WhatsApp in perfect English and by the staff manager, who helped us with everything possible.
