  A nice hotel. Cozy and relaxing to stay in. Even could see few things need to be improved but still a good option in Thanh Hoa. Give it four star because restaurant isn’t good enough to match with.

  The worst hotel,i’ve ever stayed. While there was a stranger who was drunk or sth tried to break into my room. The reception only said they can’t speak English,and hung up my phone. I called twice,still hung up. I almost called the police. The worst hotel i’ve ever stayed in my life.

  Entering is seeing is believing: this is indeed a 5-star hotel… The reception hall can easily accommodate 2 volleyball fields: the ceiling is high enough to meet Olympic standards, and the chandeliers worthy of Versailles (the real one ! in France). The reception desk personnel is helpful but mostly not so fluent in English – but no worries: ‘they’ always find someone to help you ! The rooms are spacious, and very, very clean (and new). The choice of tv programmes could be better, but speedy wifi compensates for this, no ?! Breakfast is quite OK, and offers some choice of alternatives (albeit deserving less stars) and… black tea comes with a price: it is not standard available, and… needs to be paid for separately ! Can you believe it ? Green tea: yes. Coffee: yes. Black tea: no, only on special request. It’s a hard world for a teetotaller… The very, very low room price compensates for any frustrations, however, so that the overall feeling is a rather positive one.

  We do have time to come here, meet some business men in this restaurant, 2nd floor inside the hotel. Nice view and quite good rate at 5 star hotel. We welcome our business guest here and quite satisfied with services here. But its quite far from city center, so if we want to go to city, we must get a 10 minutes taxi, do not walking cause quite far and dark streets

  I'm just out of this indecent place that is "sense spa" inside Thanh hoa's central hotel. I paid for a 90' massage but got massaged only 30 as everything stopped when they asked me to pay one million VND for masturbation and I wasn't interested. I complained and shouted. The 2 persons who run the place didn't care , I was led to go again to the massage room where this time they propose same thing for 300.000vnd (I had paid 500.000vnd for the massage already). So this time I left the spa and decided I was just gonna post it so people avoid that place! All in all, I never received a real massage, I paid for nothing...

  I stayed here a few nights for work in December 2017. The hotel was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised given experiences with other hotels in Thanh Hoa.||||The room was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The wifi was excellent. It is located in a quiet part of town and I slept well. Each room also comes with an iron and ironing board (handy when you need to iron a shirt at the last minute). ||||The breakfast didn't have many western options, but the restaurant had plenty of choices for dinner. The staff did their best to be helpful, and I don't have any complaints from when I stayed there. If I had to come back to Thanh Hoa for work I'd choose it over other hotels in Thanh Hoa (Central Hotel is the best of those I have experienced in Thanh Hoa).
